Omg me too. I always hated Komolika even though I mean I loved her as a villain. I was a big fan of samurai and Prena and still am. But recently got curious why Kamolika even hated Anurag Prena so much as I was a child back then and watched it from around the time when Prena was getting with Bajaj. So I found out she was the first wife of Anurag but Anurag was in love with Prena and gave her a priority which made her go crazy. I was shocked that she wasn't actually so bad and actually had a good reason to hate Anurag and Prena lmao. I can't believe Ekta showed so many wrongs because my other all time fav couple is Karan Nandini. I love them to bits but recently found out after Nandini got into coma, Karan married Tanya and after when 20 years Nandini was back, Karan was still after Nandini wasting Tanya's all of her 20 years efforts and time leading her to to turn negative. I was so disappointed in Karan's character as I loved him and didn't know he did something like that. I felt bad for Tanya, but I still didn't get why the heck was she trying to kill Nandini who didn't had any fault in wha Karan did. I would'nt have cared if she was after Karan as he was the one who screwed but she was after poor Nandini. So even though I felt bad for Tanya, her target person was wrong and her and Karan were both the wrong ones. I legit realized all those vamps I hated in the past actually were wronged in some ways. My sisters and I were shocked as we hated them so much in past not realizing the whole story as we are children at the time. And that Renuka in kumkum too whom summit left for Kumkum lol. So I would say these vamps were much better than Nandini as she's not even wronged by Mouli or anyone for her to backstab and betray them this way. Nandini was actually saved by these people. She's the worst and on top she acts so innocent. 🥱

Never had guts to take any stand. I won't blame prerna as she was the one who was pregnant and she has every right to be pissed. Sure anurag mom who married him to kmolika. Kmolika had no obligations for anu prerna. So after marriage he didn't touch her for year and even after consummation he keeps thinking of prerna How a wife gonna tolerate that! She was bitchy that's all.

But she tried hard from her side to make marriage work. In the end she got her alimony which she deserved lol in my opinion.

Ughh old shows were so regressive. So what if a woman wears modern clothes and drinks? Means she's bad and it's right to cheat on her? I didn't know all this happened to kamolika. It's so unfair. Shurti in BH forum would say how Ekta shows show hypocrisy and wrongs, and how Ekta glorify them. I didn't used to get her as I thought Ekta shows were fine until recently when I searched about it as I was feeling nostalgic especially with KZK being made again news. Now I realized what she meant. I am most shocked at Karan as he was my fav character as a son and lover sometimes even wishing I should get son like that too as a child. W*F was wrong with me? 😆


Oh yes nothing can beat Saanjh. And omg I didn't even realize her jumping in the sea just to be a third wheel as she always was. I completely forgot about that part lmao. That was hilarious. I would've felt bad for her heartbreak but just few days ago she wished death upon on Maya and didn't care about if someone's heartbreak just because that girl proposed a guy she was in love with whom she considered her property of some sort as if she was a wife or his girlfriend. And I didn't think it was anger too because her mom later also wished death on maya and she didn't say anything back so she meant it. And since that death wishing I couldn't connect with her character anymore and didn't feel bad for her heartbreak at all when she was wishing death on innocent girl. For me it was karma getting her back to have a heartbreak since that's what she wished for someone else. She was something else all together. I never hated a character like her as other negative characters were at least shown as how they were unlike her who till the end acted as victim and never realized her wrongs. Yes, Karan was disgusting. How could he just leave Nandini like that in coma and marry someone else? Then he ruined Tanya's life. Like wth was Ekta a logic? She would always ruin characters just to make sure lovers were separated as long as possible as she had allergy with lovers being together and then she would make an positive character to negative suddenly which wouldn't make sense and most of them time those negative characters were wronged so you couldn't hate them at the same time. :/ Ahh, those shows were my childhood so even though wrongs were shown which I have realized recently, I still love the couples and the shows.

Personally old heroines of ekta were strong character.s Prerna was a very strong character though I used to get pissed whenever she wants she slapped anurag seriously -_- n we have to look at the era too. In 2001 wearing short clothes for married women was a big no. Times has changed so if we put respective era maybe that was the reality of that era.

Yes so true. Ekta heroines esp the old ones were strong and had respect. They were much better than than most of the crap we see nowadays. That's I always liked Ekta lol even though she's not perfect but still compared to shows we see nowadays Ekta old shows look masterpieces lmao. I think the last best show of Ekta was Jodha Akbar. I absolutely loved that show. Yes times have changed but that was wrong of what Ekta showed. And about Saanjh, she was unbelievable. I don't think any so called positive character was this much hated by audience as she was no matter how much Cvs would glorify her and ignore her wrongs and make maya more towards darkness, most of audience were still on Maya's side and felt for her than that hypocrite and fake character. Now I think Cvs probably even did on purpose to show other characters like that to justify maya because Cvs couldn't have been that stupid as in the end they didn't glorify Saanjh and others so probably they were doing it on purpose. I was glad in the end Cvs didn't glorify her and Arjun and made maya win. Even in her death she won and those two losers still lost and crying like losers lmao. 😆

Oh about that Prenas slaps to Anurag was hilarious. I would always get so pissed off too lol. I think if one counts how many slaps she gave him, they must have been a lot. And I loved the scene when Prena beat Prem with a bat in that disco as mother India. It was hilarious and sad at the same time. Old shows were so addictive
