So, Maulu di has a flashback of her marriage..
It is so simple and so elegant at the same time.. There are pheras where both the would be partners are happily taking rounds.. During the sindur scene, Mauli herself lifts her maangteeka.. Nothing else can show how positive a woman is about her upcoming married life.. After mangalsutra ritual, she gives a satisfied smile..
It is like every common girl's story.. We look forward to our life with excitement.. We don't want knights in shining armour.. A simple man who agrees to stand by us during bad times will suffice..
The marriage was so different from the marriages we see in ITV generally with dulha dulhan exchanges, forced marriages, miscommunication during marriages, dulha bhaging, dulhan kidnapping etc etc..
P.S- I loved the flashback scene and hated it being overlapped with KN EMA scenes...
