But I think, we can make a person understand in many ways. One is legal way of reporting, other is way of persuasion. Many tried way no. 1, I am trying way no.2.

No one likes Kunal or Nandini's behavior but I think we can do better by not being the mean aunties who would argue with anything in their hand & be a little more sophisticated with our arguments.

Yes I agree we should be careful with our words but let me ask you something. I ve already posted a few points above. Since u appear more balanced & neutral I would like to get ur views on the above points. Ppl are angry with me coz I made fun of Nandini's dress. But tell me if the actions are cringeworthy how do u expect the response to be. In yesterday's episode Kunal specifically calls her & praises her beauty. Nandini specifically dresses up trying to look her best for him. And the person for whom she is dressing up is her friend's husband & she is actually going to meet that guy in her friend's house in the presence of his family. What words are we supposed to use to describe this action. So u guys are ok with Nandini wearing a sexy, beautiful dress to please Kunal but me calling her out on that is bodyshaming.Till yesterday I ve not made a single comment about Nandini's dress. Everyone is free to go check my posts. Its only yesterday that I commented on her dress because it disgusted me. Even if she had come dressed from head to toe in a blanket I would ve still criticized her. Also as I ve pointed out the writers themselves are showing Kunal to be physically attracted to Nandini. Except may be that 1 scene where Nandini helps Dida take a bath show me 1 scene where Kunal was attracted to Nandini due to the beauty of her mind/heart or her character rather than her outward beauty. So how do we accept this as love or jazbaat rather than lust. Everyone needs to own up for their actions. So should Nandini. This is purely my personal opinion & not intended to hurt or offend any1.

Look at ur own comment about mean aunties. How is that less hurtful or inoffensive. You ve asked me 2 b careful saying my words convey the kind of person I am & then u go ahead calling me an aunty. I understand ur attempt to bring peace & sanity in the forum & I appreciate it but in defending a fictional character & her dress u are actually making a personal comment on a real person. I ve already clarified multiple times that I am not Taliban trying to equate dress to morality. Here its the actions of the character & the reason she dressed up which has drawn criticism. 1 day Nandini may decide to wear a sheath dress & I wouldnt care. Its bt the deliberate actions of that character which is cringe worthy & obnoxious.

Anyway as I mentioned I ve said enuf on this. Have already deleted the post as well. So hope peace prevails.

I ve already mentioned that I am done responding to u. Its not my problem if u dont understand the difference between the FICTIONAL character Nandini & REAL LIFE actor Drashti. My comment is on the fictional character. If u cant understand simple english or ve comprehension issues its not my problem.

And for ur information I am not playing the victim card. That's Nandini not me. I am not a victim. I know how to handle my problems real or imaginary & I dont go crying for help to mods or make whiny posts. I dont need any knight in shining armor. I can fight my own battles thank you very much. I am a strong independent woman who can stand on her own legs, have her own views & have the courage to express them. I am not out looking for sympathy or support in real or cyber world. So go whine somewhere else...

Hm justifying extra marital affair aggressively because it's done by your fvt. Then coming here crying about body shaming. I am not getting why u r unable to keep the actor nd character separate?

None is talking about the actress here. It's u who have brought this up.

If someday one actress is playing a character of a s**t and people r talking about that in a certain way that means they are talking about the character but not the actress at all. Same with male actors.

People bashed rajdeep so much. Even called him male s**t so does that mean they r targeting abhinav shukla?

Get your hypocritical facts right. Nd talk with some dignity minding ur words before jumping and conclusing anything. A difference of opinion can be conducted in a calm manner as well, why so hyper?

I am not calling you aunty dear but that's how typical conversation takes place & we are not them, we can do better. But that language shouldn't be used for anyone, especially for the dress. I sincerely apologize if it offended you.

As far as the dress is concerned, that probably is one of the ways makers want this to stand justified. Kunal asked Nandini to wear Red, she wore a dress she had that makers provided to her.

It's fine to say that Kunal is attracted to Nandini's external beauty more than the beauty at heart. Lust has been used for that but specifically calling on particular aspects of dresses is not right. From day 1, Nandini had been wearing such sarees, were they to entice someone, No.

As far Nandini wearing saree for Kunal, I think that's what they want to show with this whole pavitra love thing & how obedient Nandini is to the man she loves. Also to show, controlling urge of Kunal that points to how he wants to made happy. As for Kunal, that's what he will do at this point. No matter how cringeworthy, that's what real people do to flatter other people. Kunal has to flatter Nandini & Nandini has to get flattered, that's the script right now, I think. And flattering would involve Kunal doing that in every possible way. But still, the dress shouldn't be pointed at in such language.

As said, makers have taken a 360 turn with original characters of both Kunal & Nandini.

Why is that so is a question even I am asking from myself.

Have u not seen dd's interviews? They themselves talks and makes fun about the current track in a light hearted manner. What was the requirement of dragging all this actress crap into this post when the poster has not even mentioned a single word about the actress?
