The other issue is trying to show signs that Kunal and Nandini are meant together.. esp with random characters ending up assuming that these two are a couple and that they are perfect for each other, etc. That sort of stuff is a bit grating considering that Kunal is already married to another woman. The CVs should stick to showing the feelings and emotions in a neutral way and maybe let viewers form their own judgement. They should stop trying to imply that Kunal and Nandini are destined together and are soulmates, and should instead let the events play out. These sort of things are fine in shows where the leads are unattached but look bad when one of the character is supposed to be happily married.

I watch this show on & off only for entertainment purposes .M neither a fan of DD nor Aditi but I m loving Nan mauli friendship the most in this show.

I understand some ppl get attracted to others being married, but it's a lil difficult to convince oneself after seeing how much Kunal loves mauli, just by seeing Nan in wet saree dancing, he fell in love?

To b honest EMA is very much happening in our society .. so when they show it , its not wrong as this subject is very much prevalent in our society .. problem is how u show it .. if u glorify it then viewers wont accept , instead show it as something thats wrong , dont try to justify the act with romantic background music .. just show yes two adults r involved in a affair and r guilty about it .. people would appreciate that more ..

For now Nandini feels nothing like that for Kunal .. so we cannot judge her at least ..most people r judging her based on promos only which in my opinion is little unfair because writers can change the plot .. not necessary whats shown in promos will happen ... in fact in the show they r showing its Kunal who is attracted right now .. I hope Nandini in future chooses her friendship over any such attraction and mayb tells Kunal to go back to his wife if in future Kunal does come to Nandini .. that can send a very good msg and I would love to see how Kunal fights the guilt too .. lets see what they show .. Trps might give them idea what to show and what not ..

Another thing , we like it or not , but Rajdeep presense bringing trps .. i hv noticed that .. People r more interested to see how Nandini fights Rajdeep over this affair angle .. it got 1.6 trps in that week where Nandini went through miscarriage and fought back ...

I liked your point of view. In fact emotional infidelity is more prevalent in this day and age. Couples are so busy with their work and career that they hardly get to spend quality time with each other. In such situations they start developing emotional bonds with other people, especially colleagues and friends at their workplaces and before they even realize what is happening they find themselves emotionally attached to a third person. If the makers were to show something like this, it would have been more palatable. And I feel the average Indian audience would not openly (secretly anything is possible) appreciate an attraction based-infidelity.

The makers need to figure out what they actually want to show. Otherwise in a TRP race, this show may just lose out.

See firstly I am not concerned with what is going on online in social media .Online audience constitute probably 5 or 10 percent of actual TV goers. The actual TRP masses include rural population and older generation people as well that may not be on twitter or instagram or youtube or India forums. So to take the viewpoint of only a certain section of the audience and think it is general reaction from masses would be factually incorrect too. Secondly it is very unfair to judge and assess Nandini from now itself just because promo me they both seem to have fallen in love.Like Jyoti said the storyline may change, and we all may be wrong in our predictions too.Too early to judge her and its very unfar of whoever is already passing comments on her. Secondly whether the audience buys it or not -a BIG part of that lies in the NARRATION. It is all how the story is narrated .A Hasratein some 30 years back worked with the audiences where the female lead was the other woman and was into an extra marital relationship. Thats why I say its important to work on your script. I still feel this show can work provided they narrate it the right way. It would be more relatable to the audiences if you would show them forming an emotional bond out of concern and regard that later develops into something more deep. Something more mature and realistic rather than opting for say a physical attraction. Maybe they could show KuNan starting off as friends and then later developing a deeper understanding and regard of each other. I think that would be more beautiful to see as well. I am not against showing EMA because it does happen in real life even as we speak.It is a reality and there's nothing wrong in showing a reality on screen. My issue is if you want audience to connect with the story then maybe you should work more in a different direction and not just physical attraction.

TRP is quite stable...it fall last week more than this week when there was no sign of EMA from both parties...it's bcs from last two weeks their is no high drama in the story and Rajdeep is missing...Nandini Rajdeep story is still incomplete and I feel they need to focus on it more now...and about kunals attraction for nandini I guess it only make him more protective about her when Rajdeep is around that's it...it's just a attraction and falling in love will happen once he connect with her emotionally...Nandini may be start respecting and start admiring his protective nature but I don't see her taking any step towards Kunal as for her mauli means a lot...till now each and every dialogue of her hinted she will protect their friendship anyhow...I don't feel the trp dropped bcs of EMA as from where I see I don't feel any kind EMA in the show as of now...a married guy unintentionally attracts towards a girl and trying to fight against his own feelings where girl is not even aware of his feelings or feel anything like this is anything but EMA...The show need time to grow its not even 2 month and TRP doing decent...Last week episodes are good but nothing to highlight so the trp fall is very less compare to that...we should enjoy the show till seriously they start EMA plot which I don't feel will start anytime soon as charming devil Rajdeep is back...

+ 1 on this. There were no high points or high intensity drama for the last two weeks plus Rajdeep went missing for a while without any proper closure to his and Nandini's chapter. Also the rival shows have had some real high points and climax past two weeks specially the TRP topper so I expected the jump there. Our content is a bit mature and not your usual Mills and Boon love story. Plus its a brand new show. Initial fluctuations are normal till they arrive at the main crux of the story. I think being stable despite such tough competition and different concept is quite commendable in itself.. I guess we should just give it more time.

Trp is stable which i guess is good enough.
Now whether trp fluctuate or whatever but i would like the writer to stick by what has been shown and gone with. Won't be pleased by any changes especially now that they have already shown Kunal having attraction. I feel going the emotional bonding first route would have been more relatable and connectable but if they have already "tempered" with a character than going back from here will not do any good for them because Kunal-Mauli after this will not be like before. So they need to finish what they started. A half baked thing will not work.
Also the stable trps indicate that there is probably a certain niche or section of audience who will watch the show and are in it for the concept that was promised. I am one of those audience who have said that i am in it to see how the concept is dealt with and would like the concept to be dealt with maturity so personally for me, i want to see the story and concept play out and see how the writer deals or shows it.

Shows trying to glorify infidelity, EMA, adultery are not performing well on TV. Yeh hain mohabbatain,

Bepannah and silsila. Dil se dil tak was badly rejected when they started lust story of biological father and a surrogate. They are doing well online. Ekta is a smart lady, whenever she feels like to present 'lust' as pure and pious feeling, she'll take web series rout like kehne ko hamsafar hain and bewafa si wafa. These mature and unique concept should be reserved for web series. What's the point of occupying a perticular time slot on TV and testing patience of TV audience?

Finally some POV's I can relate to 😊

I am glad that some people despite being fans of the actors cant stand the EMA glorification.
The only reason I am watching this serial now is because of Muali's character I am not even the actor's fan but I have already started sympathizing with her so much. And full fledged EMA hasn't even started.
I mean Mauli is a good wife, good daughter in law and a great friend but still she is not enough for Kunal. His feelings for Nandini seem to come out of nowhere.

I don't understand one thing in most of Hindi serial's the CV's take atleast 100 episodes before any character develops any kind of feelings then why in this serial which is about EMA where actually they should have taken some time has one particular character stated to develop feelings so soon.

EMA wont be acceptable to majority audience as romance until unless they turn Mauli negative or kill her.

I want to see and curious about Nandini's journey more and MauNal 's support in it ..than comes Kunal and Nandini's angle but on that too I am very clear that if they will show and EMA thing like than also its no crime ..its a reality and like other concepts are shown ..this can be shown too ..not that to promote this things rather to give an idea about what can happen and what are the pros and cons . of it ..

so point is execution and how they show things happening ?

shows based on EMA before also were very well executed and done well ..still they are the remembered ..

I am also hoping that they will show b'ful bond between Nandini and Kunal and even if they will develop feelings for each other ..they will realize it and won't cheat Mauli ..

Nandini till now has shown no signs that she is falling towards Kunal ..rather she see him as a loyal friend who is with her in any situation ..

and yest she said that she will not break their relationship ..friendship with Mauli again whether she has to break down ..but she will not let their relationship effect in anyway..so her intentions are clear ..

now CV's should focus more on Rajdeep and Nandini's equation too and how Nandini becomes strong ..

Rajdeep is very good char.for TRPS also if handled well ..

this is very sensitive topic and if handled well ..it will give TRPs too plus liked by viewers too..

hoping for TRP increase in coming week 👍🏼..as Nandini is shown thinking about herself and also Rajdeep is back.
