Rajdeep has made it very clear that he does not want a baby and judging by his very volatile mercurial nature, even the slightest disturbance in life is not tolerated by him. Anything and everything sets him off and physical abuse is the result
Though Having a child of even the most abusive husband is one thing that we women look forward to, in this case, it is different. Rajdeep will definitely hurt Nandini and child at every opportunity if she did anything that is against his direct orders. In such cases, the woman is better off without a child. because the child will definitely grow up to be like the father, another abuser.
It is better that the child is gone as Nandini is never strong enough to fight back for herself, let alone fight back for the child. The child will not be tolerated at any cost by Rajdeep.He/she is better off in heaven than with the devil. So I side with Rajdeep in saying if he doesn't want a child, Nandini should not bring forth a child. A child should be brought forth only when both parents want it or when both parents are ready for him/her. That kind of union will have a healthy self-sufficient child who will grow up to be Kunal, not Rajdeep.
Also when Nandini is not strong enough to tell him that she is pregnant, how is she going to support the child from abuse? She was hiding it so much in every way possible. She was literally shaking at the thought of telling Rajdeep. How do you think she is going to bring the child up? Nandini was naive enough to think that the problems she has with Rajdeep will miraculously go away once a child is born. It is the same as Alcoholism and drug addiction. Everyone thinks a child is an answer and these addicts will miraculously stop everything when a child is born.Never.Addiction and psychological problems never go away, it stays with you and a child is never the answer. So yes, I side with Rajdeep when he said no child, means no child Nandini. You are better off without a child...😭

Rajdeep's reason for not wanting a child & why should Nandini not have a child at this stage or at any stage with this kind of man are 2 different things.
For Rajdeep, Nandini is a commodity who he wants to use & show whenever he feels like. A child will not only bring changes to Nandini but also to Rajdeep's life. He wants Nandini's undivided devotion & submission for himself. Dressing her up in best clothes of his own choice, ensuring she looks perfect to the world, is Rajdeep's way of showing his trophy wife & using her for his advantage whenever he wants. Rajdeep want to use Nandini's body for his purpose which in conventional mindset is perfect until a woman bears a child successfully. He thinks that a childbirth will render Nandini completely useless for his purpose.

Nandini shouldn't have a child because a child in this situation can only make things worse. You hold onto a reason for sticking with Rajdeep's behavior due to the sole fact that he provides you with the so called shelter & you have no one else to go to. Imagine, one more added responsibility of a child which will make you want to stick in this marriage all the more. Often women can't come out of such marriages because of their children only & bear all sort of torture for their sake. Besides, if Nandini should have considered the consequences in the very moment she discovered she was pregnant. This man won't miraculously change.

I hope Nandini realizes Rajdeep is never going to change & being with Mauli-Kunal gives her enough confidence to stand up for herself. But I think, Nandini as of now will be forgiving Rajdeep considering her fragile situation & nature & of course Rajdeep's cunning & manipulative behavior. To push Nandini harder, Mauli's mom & Kunal's dadi will be using psychological torture because both of them are very old school in certain matters. They will justify Rajdeep in this matter to convince Kunal-Mauli to not go ahead with legal procedures against Rajdeep & let Nandini be the way she is.

So, one can side with No child statement of Rajdeep but not with him because his reasons are pure evil for not wanting a child.

He tries to put on extremely good side which comes out as funny. My father watched this show hardly for a minute & Rajdeep was on screen. His instant reaction was "This guy is a devil trying to be goodie goodie."

Lol I thought I was the only one. And the time when he said to himself which dog had bitten him for tolerating Kunal's moral lectures. 😆 😆

Gish your topic title is so misleading!! For a single moment I thought you were siding with Rajdeep physically assaulting his wife to death! But after reading, I understood your point!
Not aborting the child has definitely brought this to Nandini, but creeps like Rajdeep just look for an excuse to harm Nandinis! How can we ask Nandinis to give up their dreams for creeps like Rajdeep, would rather say that Rajdeeps should be in Jail, so that Nandinis can at least BREATH without worrying whether this will enrage their partners!! Another thing is, Nandini didn't get pregnant by herself, Rajdeep impregnated her, and we have seen that he does it whenever he wants!! And Nandini is just a toy for him! So definitely it was rather his responsibility that she doesn't get pregnant!!anyway,I loved that in last night's episode, Nandini stood up against Rajdeep for once! Even though she couldn't save the child at the end!

Exactly. I deliberately didn't make this comment.
If Rajdeep doesn't want children, then he should have gone for some long term contraceptive measures. But he didn't do it.
Rajdeep can't get himself sterilized as he won't get to have fun outside. He can't get Nandini sterilized because then it will spoil his fun from her. He knows Nandini can get pregnant & then she will have to go for abortion & he wants that to happen. He likes to put Nandini through torture. Rajdeep just want to control Nandini by hook & by crook. He feels powerful & manly when he does that. Otherwise outside he is just a meek human being who can't bully anyone because no body is gonna take his s**t.

Rajdeep is sadist-dominant of a really high order with no consideration for Nandini who is submissive as of now. Worst thing about Rajdeep's dominance is that it knows no limits or safe words & he doesn't consider the submissive's plight at all. He just wants to do what he wants.
