I know that I am late, but better late than never... at that very night, at that very time I wanted to write... But was stopped by some other responsibilities... anyway... That scene... Actually those two scenes... I am unable to get them out of my head and the feelings out of my mind... uff... if I felt this way... What may have been the feelings of Nandini at that time...?
First she unfortunately falls in the pool, trying to save the little girl whom she felt might fall in the pool! She was drowning and guess what... there was no one to help her!! And just the moment she lost all her hopes, Kunal , the same stranger who ran behind her that night in Goa, the one who saved her from being crushed by a truck... came to save her... He touched her hand... once... twice... And Nandini opened her eyes and maybe for a moment she couldn't realize whether she is alive ... and Kunal tried to tell her that he is here to save her and they are gonna swim to the side of the pool!! And Nandini holds on to Kunal for her dear life ... the way she holds Kunal... she relied on him... the way Nandini was looking at Kunal when they were swimming to the sore... and she was out of the water in Kunal's arms and before she could digest that she was alive, that she has just fooled death... she sees Mouli coming towards her!! The one whom she has missed so much for previous 7 years like anything...the one, near whom, she was so ashamed to go ... because years ago she didn't trust her and chose the wrong person over her... that friend of her was not only standing so close to her, but was actually taking care of her... how can a girl like Nandini can even imagine that she can be this much lucky!! That she can meet two life saver angels on the same day... a girl who is being reminded that she is even unworthy of living for last 7 years maybe, and was being treated nothing like even a human being, can actually become this much lucky... she couldn't believe that it was actually happening... she was just trying to take that in.. Mouli it was... Nandini kept trying to touch the hands that were caressing her... To feel whether it was actually happenning or just her hallucination!! To know whether it was actually Mouli... Nandini was unable to believe that Mouli was there with her!! First the feelings of almost dying by drawing and being saved by someone and exactly followed by meeting her best friend, the one she was kind of craving for after 7 years!! She was overwhelmed!! Lost her speech and her eyes were saying it all... no dialogues ... and yet they made us speechless and the moment, Nandini finds her voice after hugging Mouli and actually finally accepting that she was there for real, she wanted to give her the most important news she had at that moment... as if just like the feeling she had when she took breath after being saved from drowning, giving this news to Mouli will make her feel the same way...
