Drashti makes an appearance in the latter half but does full justice as Nandini. Her pain and dilemma are very much visible in her eyes. Nandini instantly makes you feel sympathetic towards her while Abhinav as the mean and cruel husband is spot on making you hate him... Pinkvilla

We do not get to see much of Drashti Dhami in the first episode but the actress doesn't fail to leave an impact in those few minutes. Nandini's fearful eyes and trembling lips beautifully convey the suffocation and silence in her marriage. It's not her sexy blouse and sheer saree that catches your attention, but her expressions that keep you hooked. You instantly develop feelings of sympathy for Nandini and hatred for Rajdeep... DNA
