Also what's the deal with that cop? His childlike excitement while describing how the accident took place made him look like an insensitive jerk infront of parents who were clearly not in the right frame of mind.....he should've looked more composed while giving the details of the accident

Yeah even i noticed it

They did flash "a few days later" before that scene began but still , she should've been wrapped in bandages or something if she was discharged after being in the ICU
