From what i have read Ram Lakshman did get injured in war like normal humans would. But in few shows its shown that they emerged victorious without any injuries which is not possible. But i dont know if they were this badly injured.

And meghu did double attack

He injured both brothers with multiple arrows and then used naagpaash

As per promo snake appears behind meghu but ram lakshaman are shown unconscious on ground and naagpaash attacks then

Cheater meghu aur kya karega

All is fair in war according to him

I think next two episodes will be about garud entry and recovery
