Sundar and Meenakshi complete their wedding rituals as the “Sundar Meenakshi” song plays, with devotees showering flowers on them while chanting “Shiv Shakti ki jai.” Meanwhile, Diti pleads with Shukracharya for a solution, vowing revenge for her losses.

Lord Narayan declares the wedding complete, and the crowd chants “Har Har Mahadev” and “Jai Mata Parvati.” A devotee requests Sundar and Meenakshi to reveal their true forms, and they transform into Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Lord Shiva proclaims that the sacred place will be called Madurai, and the “Karpurgauran” song plays.

A devotee expresses sorrow at Goddess Parvati’s departure and requests her to stay as Meenakshi. Lord Shiva announces that a grand temple, the Meenakshi Temple, will be built in her honor. Goddess Parvati insists that Lord Shiva’s worship should also take place there, but he refuses, saying only Meenakshi will reside in the temple. Ganesh urges them to return to Kailash.

The King becomes emotional, missing Kanchanmala, who had longed to witness Meenakshi’s wedding. Goddess Parvati reassures him that she will visit him and invites him to Kailash. To honor Kanchanmala’s wish to stay awake on Meenakshi’s wedding night, Lord Shiva declares that no one will sleep on Maha Shivaratri. The King believes Kanchanmala’s soul must be at peace. Lord Narayan proclaims that Shivaratri will be celebrated worldwide, and devotees dance in celebration.

Later, Rishi Kashyap performs puja to Lord Shiva’s idol. Shukracharya arrives, searching for Diti, but Rishi Kashyap informs him that she has not come. Kashyap mocks Shukracharya for failing his disciples and urges him to worship Lord Shiva instead of wandering. Shukracharya defends his actions, claiming he fulfilled his duty, but Rishi Kashyap dismisses his words and continues his prayers.

Goddess Parvati, moved by the devotion of the people, tells Lord Shiva that she has gained him, yet the world is celebrating. Lord Shiva acknowledges their love and suggests they repay it by blessing their devotees. Goddess Parvati bestows well-being upon them and vows to continue doing so on every Shivaratri.
