It is not shocking that they think they can intimidate Aastha. Coz that’s what they have done all their lives to the women in their houses. I am glad Aastha gave it back. But yes, she needn't have lied.

Anokhi Bhalla is starting a new life and she started it by looking at Shaurya's watch! It's like he's walking into her new life with her. It's so cute to see ShaKhi in the same frame without them actually meeting! And Jo Tera Howega beginning was played! Anokhi's first experience in the city had disgusting men and dishonest rikshaw drivers. Just like her guru, Anokhi is capable of taking care of herself.

These hit n miss are so precious. N Like Anokhi’s hair and Shaurya have a special connection, Shaurya’s watch and Anokhi have a special connection too. Anokhi is badass! Has always been. But sad that people want to take advantage of people new to the city.

Side notes:

~ The relief on Babli and Rama's faces was so sweet when Nikki wasn't found by the Bhalla men!!

That’s their selfless love fir Anokhi.

~ The Sabherwals had house help? What happened to all the Sabherwal staff later? Why couldn't these people do the cooking when Anokhi was a bahu?

ikr? Ghar ke kaam have to be done by Babu’s apparently. No logic at all.

~ Shaurya looked so spiffy in those shades and suit! Wonder why we only saw those glasses once?

~ Shaurya called Anokhi a pindu for the third time!

Shaurya ends up marrying the so called Pindu. Joke is on him!! 🤣🤣

Precap: Shakhi meet in the library!

Me in blue! 😀

I like the nonchalant way the scenes were handled. Since they've already had interactions - first at Gurdaspur and then in the train - it was so effective to have them just pass each other unknowingly and not dramatically with her dupatta gracing his face! And the first notes of Jo Tera Howega always leaves a mark in my brain too!

OMG! This is like mere dil ki baat! No dramatic indications that they are soulmates and stuff! It was just a simple miss. They didnt see each other but I was so thrilled that they are somehow crossing paths again and again and yet they don't know a thing about it.

It’s the simplicity in their story which makes it so impactful. Be it their first collision at gursaspur or the miss while escaping from his car trunk or the brush of her hair on his face or here now. All of that looked so natural and real. Nothing dramatic, but impactful! ❤️

And also their reactions to their interactions. In those few moments, it was a natural flow of emotions. No OTT kismet connection and unexplainable feelings of attraction. It simply wasn't love at first site!

The background music is so soothing and unique.. Everytime I hear it it just tugs at my heartstrings.. In fact all the background music in SAAKK does 😊. By rewatching the serial it makes me fall in love with it all over again.

I love that we're fangirling over the most simplest of scenes. No eyelock. No five-minute slow sequence. It's just two people passing each other that we, as the audience, knows will have an impact on each other's lives!! How am I still mooning over the simplicity of this show after having watched these scenes innumerable amount of times?

That is sooooooooo the case with me! I didn't get to slowly enjoy these scenes during the initial binge watch. Having 24 hours to digest each episode now, I get to fully fangirl on it!!

The hit and miss are so amazing to watch. It so rare to have a lead couple take 25 episodes to really meet each other and have their previous meetings be so brief and inconsequential to them. Anokhi remembers Shaurya more because of his reputation, but Anokhi is so "insignificant" in Shaurya's life that he probably forgot her name after handing her the trophy.

As I rewatch Saakk I admire it even more as I missed out so many wonderful scenes which really left an impact this time around. And now I can understand the depth of the characters better and the way they behave. This is one serial where all of the positive characters are flawed yet very lovable in their own way.
