I know she loves him. But I just don’t think she loves him enough. Enough to put him or his happiness first before herself. It’s a selfish kind of love. Unhealthy kind of love to be more precise.
I don’t know if she can rise above that. If she does, maybe there is still hope fir her.

As for Shagun, my mood pummels the minute I see her on my screen. 🙈🙈

Shaurya got unlucky with his moms. Devi is selfish, and so is Aastha. They both prioritize their own "happiness" and identity over Shaurya. Devi is a Sabherwal and maintaining that and being Shaurya mother is a title she loves. Aastha clearly made a choice over her son, no matter what the reasons are, like Shaurya has said, no one thought of him. So if I want Aastha to be "redeemed" by her actions, I would like Devi to have a chance too. She has committed 25 years to being his mother, in whatever way that it was, even if it was building up toxicity in her son.

Shagun does nothing to me. She's very much just a annoying buzzing sound. I take the Shaurya route and ignore her!
