Tej doesn't look like he cares much for feelings like love. His ego overpowers all his other emotions and he will side with Devi only till she doesn't hurt his ego.

Tej is apparently not a part of Devi's conspiracies and is unaware of the plotting she does with Alok. But the very next day, he is the one whose decisions actually puts her plans to action. On a serious note, I still don't understand who is worse, Devi or Tej. Is Tej only an orthodox patriarch who tries to preserve the traditions of his family who has no hand in Devi's conspiracies? Or is he the one pulling the strings from behind? He doesn't seem much close to Shaurya either. Will we see him emerge as a bigger villain?

So true... i also always wonder abt this...feels like there is more to him...he doesnt love Shaan either the way he taunts him even after destroying his life...tej creeps me out & i dont feel in this household Devi can do all this without him knowing , after all she is only a bahu too & they are not appreciated here...there is more to this esp that sacrificing having their own child for Shaurya is a lot of nonsense
