Anokhi doesn't have a past.

Shaurya is the first man to colour her.

On the other hand;

Shagun did apply colour on Shaurya but he surely gonna clean it of .Its only on the surface.Whereas Anokhi's colour resides deep in his soul.Now that he has been coloured in Anokhi's love ,kisi aur ke naam ka rang kaise chad sakta hai..

Shaurya can't and he shouldn't start afresh without loosening the baggage of past .His past isn't only a past but representation of his thoughts that Anokhi will dislike.He needs to wipe it first.Shagun's entry will make him introspect ,face his demons and thought process that was ingrained in him since childhood.He will have to choose between his first choice and his forever,which will in turn may change his view towards Astha

True....that's the whole take and however shagun may turn out...shaurya should apologize for the way he treated her and he should come clean with anokhi about his past...

To be very honest, Anokhi too comes with lot of baggage. She has terrible history.

He might get rid of the baggage, but that's just going to add more baggage of rejection on Anokhi, being rejected by two key men woman depends on - father and (and husband) let's say romantic partner..

Nothing bogs me down more than Anokhi being continued to torture for mistakes made by Shaurya and his past.. That woman didn't deserve it.. Either they should have made Shagun a positive character towards Anokhi or should have avoided postponed Anokhi falling for Shaurya part... Till the baggage was off loaded... And Shaurya apologized to Shagun and she remained negative.
