@bold: yes that’s the hope ki in future; but Filhall where is anokhi’s pov? Her monologues? I know clearly what is going on in shaurya’s mind; I might not be satisfied with the execution but still I understand his feelings.

But I don’t what is going on in anokhi’s mind with regards to the present situation. There is NO effort whatsoever from the writers to convey what anokhi is feeling.

This isn’t about being superwoman FL? I didn’t understand this part so idk.

As,earlier the name of show was Shaurya- Ek Anokhi kahani,that very clearly depicts Anokhi was more like an sub character,later I don't know whether they realised or was it criticism they changed title and will give an weightage to Anokhi too.

Offcourse now the story focuses on Shaurya but I still have an hope they will focus on Anokhi too....

i guess they wants to show Shaurya witnessing her pasts and her struggles when the clash of his MCP thinking and love will happen,it was him who gave choice to Shagun,now it will be his time.

His time to make choice and bear the pain.And witnessing or coming to know her view,her struggle maybe this will help him to reach a decision.....

Well then they should have stuck to the previous name, but ab jab naam Shaurya AUR Anokhi ki kahani hai then they should focus on both na; aur even if previous name rehta tab bhi, anokhi is falling in love toh, to connect with the couple also one needs to connect to both their falling in love phases, for that I would have still wanted her monologues.

@bold: I know that this clash will happen And I know it will be a major turning point of the show (and tbh I am so hyped for it)

But I am talking about her inner thoughts to be expressed in front of the viewers, jaise shaurya har track mein kya soch rha hai, we Are knowing Waisa hi anokhi ka bhi chahiye so that woh regular connect na hate.

I think initially the makers focused on anokhi's story a bit to much that they completely ignored shaurya....

And honestly because of this i found the initial episodes to boring..even on twitter people used to complain about less screen space of shaurya..

I guess after that makers kinda modified the entire story and made it more shaurya centeric...

I do agree that they should give anokhi's monologues because uss ke dimagh mei kia hai woh hum sab ke liye ek mystery hai😅😅

But kv and his portrayal of shaurya is the main reason many people actually watch the show (including myself) and makers are quite aware of it so now they are using this to increase the viewership and bring high trp...

In the initial episodes it was all about anokhi's family issue..and all. Plus that ragging, cheating matter those are also about anokhi ...(and another thing...remember that cheating matter how shaurya stand against his own bade papa for anokhi...so trust me that manly shaurya hasn't gone at all. ) so it's fear CV is focusing on shaurya's character now. Shaurya is not a total positive character...he's a greay character and he needs all these focus to come out of that grey phase. Let those mcp thoughts of him go!

Have your faith on the writers till now they have executed each plots very realistically and beautifully. So have your trust on them...each character will have their rightful part. Even kanchan's husband yash samr her mother in law gayatri will have a important role. So just wait and see what the do.

Yeah but past toh shaurya ka bhi anokhi ke saamne nhi aaya Abhi tak but I get what you are saying maybe I should wait for it; and if I think about it shaurya has demonstrated a lot of care for her as well so he definitely deserves all this pampering lol.

I know that aspect of her past will come in front of him and I also know and want him to fight with everyone for her, I so want to see this (makers pls🥺) my girl deserves after having to LITERALLY fight with the whole world and also vice versa with same intensity too, my man shaurya deserves🤧

But again what I am saying is w.r.t VIEWERS not shaurya. She has so many things going on in her life at once and writers By not giving her pov thru monolgues are trying to convey she isn’t thinking about anything? This is what is bothering me since not how will I as a viewer get to know what she is going through and what is her pov about the current situation.

Yes, shaurya is a grey character so I understand the nuances needed to be demonstrated, But in a 20 mins episode, can’t they include just 1 min of anokhi self reflecting; self introspecting about her journey till now, about her time in Chandigarh, about Babli’s situation, shaurya, like she can get mini flashbacks about all this and gets totally frustrated at how So much us going on and I am not even able to concentrate on my studies; makes character more relatable in my opinion;

just like How they have done with shaurya; his self introspection is something that makes me connect to him. So I just want Aisa hi kuch for anokhi.

But looks like cvs are not at all trying hard In this aspect.

Aur sab toh they are beyond amazing but kuch monologues Dede anokhi ke I will readily accept lost shaurya.

@bold : that scene😳 yes that aura was present waha pe infact even in the bridge Scene also it was there ; it’s after anokhi returned from Chandigarh is when he is totally gone lol, but maybe I should give him sometime, he might just be genuinely lost right now.

I don't think Shaurya has lost his coconut (tough outside, soft inside) characteristics. It is just that his control is slipping away without his knowledge when he is around Anokhi. The Shaurya that we have seen since the beginning is not what he actually wants to be. He wants to let go his facade and be carefree for a while, but he is not aware of that. He does not want to be the perfect man. Anokhi's presence, her thoughts are melting the image that he has created for the world. Every person wants to relive his/her childhood teenage days. Since Shaurya had an imperfect one, he is taking another shot at being a child/teenager with Anokhi, though not consciously and hence the frustration. Though him gatecrasing Anokhi's hostel is a bit too much. He is again misusing his power and position. And going to meet Anokhi because she is not picking up calls is not something expected from a 30 year old professor. I hope it is a phase that will soon pass. He will go back to his old self again soon with all the misunderstandings on the way.

What I don't want is Anokhi becoming his rehab centre. Shaurya's abandonment issues can be addressed by none other than those who are responsible for it, his parents. He should not have this unreasonable demand from Anokhi that she prioritise him over everything, not even subconsciously.

The CVs have conveniently forgotten about Anokhi's family. We don't see her talking to her mother. Infact, she could have easily went to Kapurthala and met her mother when she was more than halfway but decided to return to Chandigarh with Shaurya. We don't know how Bhalla and co. are faring after Raja's criminal act.

There is definitely lack of reflection on Anokhi's part. The story has been from Shaurya's pov for a long time. There was a lot of potential in Anokhi's character too. Nowadays it seems as if Shaurya is doing everything for her and she is just a passive character.

So many threads have been opened and which to fit where depends on the TRPs, actors' availability and the Covid situation.

Exactly,but kya kare I think they are just now focussing on encashing the actor's popularity for ratings,even though if yu have watched the show there was nothing called parallel as such,initially it was Anokhi's side of story much more like kindof an 70 to 80 % now it's Shaurya.......So chalta rahega...........

Or maybe they want to confuse viewers by not giving any clearity by Anokhi's part........

If they gives will be more happy..........

Shaurya's blabbering needs to stop... rest all is fine... ACP is a pleasant change to break the monotony... it cannot be always Shakhi centric or else the charm will go away too quickly... All i want them to show is ACP as Anokhi's BFF and not some lover... And Shaurya's acting childish is all fine coz sometimes brooding men in love does that. But his blabbering and shattering should should. It sounds extremely out of the character in my opinion

yes kv as shaurya is one of the main factors but the biggest and many times stronger factor is shakhi and their chemistry

As far early episodes go, it isn’t fair to compare since it was just the start, as far as shaurya’s ss goes it was less bcs side characters were given more screen time; the complain was never with anokhi’s ss or her individual story; (boring isi liye laga bcs leads interaction wasn’t there, while shaurya ke time pe tha, also initial episodes were terribly dragged and in future chewing gum ke tarah agar sabherwal family drama bhi khichege toh bhi logon ki yahi complain Hogi)

everyone loved how they focused on anokhi’s trauma during ragging incident and many other instances (the only prob arose in aastha mam jaap that too just the dialogue not her screen time)

So if makers ka solution to shaurya’s ss prob is by reducing anokhi’s pov and monolgues then I don’t see the magic of the show being retained for a long time (blunt I know but seeing multiple forum posts on anokhi’s jugni personality diminishing I can see this happening if this is how they continue)

I too analyse shaurya a lot since he is a grey character; but anokhi as a character is not meant to be analysed, she is there to be heard, she is here to make her presence felt, to just show us and bade log with choti soch, the reality of what being a girl with dreams means in the patriarchal society. And hence her thought process needs to be heard by the audience and that is why I am saying if we have to analyse her thoughts bcs makers aren’t helping us then the connect won’t be there.

She so casually ignored when Babli's call was disconnected... Without even worrying about Babli who had always been under trauama.. And I found her communication with Babli to be very superficial...

I want to see romance and love story. But not at the cost of downtroading characters...

So far, Shaurya is the only character I feel has been maintained.. Yes, he is toxic and keeps getting angry again and again and again... He knows that's the route to instantly lose Anokhi and yet he does not stop there... He had always been that way!

I just feel bad for his character but don't sympathize with him... It sometimes feels like the only thing he wants is to be understood and heard... And that's exactly where people fail him and it builds up as frustration for him. Shaurya for me is still the same guy who refused her admission... Just that his view about Anokhi has changed, does not mean he has gotten rid of his core characteristics...

But definitely Anokhi is losing those special characteristics of hers...

Something on these lines and regularly dikhate rahe iss tarah ka kabhi future ka soch rahi hai kabhi past toh kabhi present; kabhi Ma, di ya PS; so much they can show, such scenes ke baad alag connect aata hai.

Haina? His character has been maintained in anger department, is totally gone in his special case while anokhi ka character is losing its shine jabki character growth shaurya mein honi thi and anokhi’s character should have been maintained. Sab ulta pulta ho gaya lmao

ACP is a good character to keep. Trust me on that one. He will be very useful throughout the show to the main leads.

I agree they could get more emotions portrayed by Deba. Whenever I have followed a soap, it has almost always been a female doing a better job than the male lead. They are not giving her work to her worth.

And I have a bunch of issues with story line. Where is Yash? and what's the deal with him - no mentioning of him, where he is? nothing. This is a big hole in the story since he is part of the sabherwal household.

And who runs like that in rain? they used the same chaotic behavior they showed in the riot scene. Same person was going in one direction and coming back, at least change their shirts or something. And people running haphazardly in rain is dumb. They could have shown Shagun just disappearing sitting in a car or when she goes behind some wall or something.

In the Deba's kidnap by KV scene, she is washing her face. Both her hands are wet. There is no phone in her hands till she reaches the car and all of a sudden phone is in her left hand. These are bad direction, editing. So was the flower petal removal scene. He took only one out and there were multiples and the shot was edited badly

I am sure there are much more issues all over, they put a white board in the corridor and it has no use over there, it is just silly.
