See my problem is that today... The context was completely ignored... He was building upon his ranting on Wednesday itself where he accused her of informing Shaan ... He still continues to thrive the soch and it was taken casually today with no trigger from Anokhi.. ... Ki tum chahe kitne bhi contacts laga lo or something...

I absolutely loved their interaction later on too. She really seems to understand everyone in this mad house and could really gel well with Anokhi in future too! I am so looking forward to it ❤️ Her equation with Shaurya seems to be unique as well... Like you said...i enjoyed how she was trying to get him to talk...

My only concern... Little concern I would say is that they are considering the whole character thing as something that could hurt and saying sorry would mend it.... Atleast Kanchan expressed that she is just asking for a small price... For his words... And Shaurya still keeps using words like Contacts with Anokhi which could kind of be triggering... But it's not showing it that way.. Toh fine.. But those words were truly hurtful...

Might be an unpopular opinion but I didn't enjoy the scene at all. Part of it was acting and part of it was the inconsistency. In epi 13/14, When Kanchan said "Main sambhal leti" Shaurya said, "Maine sambhal liya na?" It made me feel Shaurya won't appreciate Kanchan speaking her mind to him. He can save her respect, but she can't consider him a friend. That was his attitude. And today she did exactly that. When she heard that he disrespected Anokhi, questioned her character, there was no change in her expression. She had the same teasing smile on her face throughout the time. As a girl, if I heard about another girl being disrespected, I couldn't keep smiling. I would scold the person if he is close to me or I would finish my convo and run away if the person is a distant relative. Had it been Gayatri in Kanchan's place, I would have enjoyed the scene more.

I completely agree with a friend part. He desperately needs a friend. And it doesn't need to be Anokhi. It can be anyone. It could be Kanchan if her character was sketched well.

True. kanchan is really sweet. Miss Bhalla was really looking beautiful. Looks like she is also falling for Professor. aise to girati raheti hi hai.😊

I feel you... I too was disappointed with Kanchan taking Shaurya's comment about him questioning woman's character lightly!

To be honest, I have not seen the whole series to know what was Kanchan and Shaurya's relationship like earlier. But this show does have quite bit of inconsistencies across various aspects.

Shaurya feels Anokhi hurt him. He had flashbacks of Anokhi-Ahir together. Obviously he likes her and he was hurt seeing them together. He is wrong about them but I understand him. He wants to be her top priority. (But for that he has to realise his feelings then convey them to her)

Shaurya needs someone like Kanchan who will not give up on him. Someone who will make him talk about his feelings. And it was so obvious that Shaurya needs someone to talk to. That’s why I want Anokhi to become his friend first. I want him to share everything with her.

Btw, Anokhi was looking extra pretty today!!!

Agree, Shaurya needs to acknowledge his own feelings before understanding why Anokhi leaving the college is breaking him like anything. He needed that support, that chat with someone whom he can trust, to make him comprehend what he's feeling is not normal. Whether or not Anokhi will become his friend, he has already given a big space in his heart for her

I just loved kanchan and shaurya interaction...shaurya has been always supportive towards kanchan I'm glad

kanchan is there to understand him and shaurya can share with her. Maybe in future and shaurya will realise his feelings for anokhi kanchan will encourage him to tell her.

Anokhi and kanchan will have great bond. Both will support each other. Shaurya treats kanchan like his little sister.

kanchan doesn't know all the disgusting and suggestive remarks shaurya made , so i get it why she wasn't immediately angry and outraged ,

but yes it seemed strange that she was just plain amused ,

subtle expressions like at least a frown to show her disapproval would have been more realistic

There’s hasn’t been much. He’s indirectly defended her a few times when Bebo and Kitty were teasing her about her husband staying out late. Then when everyone was making a big deal about round phulkas, Shaurya did not join in putting down Gayatri and Kanchan and instead advised Bebo and Kitty to help out (to which Devi like they r ghar ki betiyaan and shouldn’t do work)

Kanchan also knows the entire story about Aastha and Shaurya and Shaan thx to Gayatri.

her fascination with Anokhi is a bit far fetched but I think she’s just bored and finding ways to stay entertained.

I do agree Gayatri would have been better and more mature in that scene but I think they wanted two characters from the same generation. It’s actually odd how Shaurya listened to Kanchan but I guess he has no one to talk to and his probably itching to talk to someone bout his feelings
