The sole reason why Aastha and Shaan couldn't be together is because of Shaan being spineless. One could infer it from their conversation at the library.

This is why it's so refreshing to see a completely different Shaan altogether, the one who takes a stand for what he believes in. He failed Aastha but it's refreshing to see that he has finally redeemed himself and become a better person.

The way he took stand for Anokhi in front of Shaurya as well as the media, I was in awe. This was definitely an episode for Shaan, he owned it. Not to mention the actor is amazing, he's so natural.

Coming over to Shaurya, I thought he's going to be the typical TV show MCP but I was relieved when I saw the precap where he's dissecting Anmol's lie. This seems more close to his character.

Though I REALLY think CVs should pace up the show. We're going too slow with barely any meaningful scenes between the leads. No romance at all. We've barely increased trp by 0.1.

Anokhi has started trusting Shaurya. Even if it's unconsciously. You see her glancing at him whenever something about the ragging comes up, it's as if to tell him, " remember how you found me that day? Believe me please".

I know it doesn't mean much romantically but I'm glad our leads are on their way of slowly building trust in each other.

Looking forward to hear everyone's thoughts!

True it really is exciting to see Shaurya finally opening his eyes and seeking truth after getting a nudge or prodding from Shaan who was influenced by Astha. I love that trio.

I just love Shaan, Astha and Shaurya. This family is the best. Despite not being together they influence each other in different ways. I loved the way Shaurya tried to find the truth and was quite fair in this affair.

I am very very excited. But I think they should increase the pace of the show.

Shaurya felt guilty when Shaan questioned him over Anokhi and to be honest, I was pleased to see that. To feel guilty, you need to have a conscience.

Shaurya despite being raised by his toxic bade papa and badi ma, has his morals in place. It'll be interesting to see how he stands up for Anokhi when he actually falls for her.

Really good point. They could have shown him ignore it but looks like Shaurya pays heed to the advice and is doing something about it.

Showing him guilty and apologetic will be a step in the right direction.

Big fan of the Shaurya, Aastha and Shaan family! Interesting dynamics at work with the 3 immediate family members!

@at the original post - beautifully put and agree to it all!

The dynamics between aastha, shaan & Shaurya have been brought out very nicely.

From the train scene itself I see Shaurya as a character who reflects on things. He may have been brought up to be an MCP but he is not beyond change. Poor guy really misses his parents in his life & so I feel this character is very interesting & has a lot of layers.

Shaan was a revelation yesterday. He is not afraid of putting his point across no matter who is in front of him. Wonder why he split from Aastha?

Aastha is also an amazing strong character like Anokhi.

So far the story has been great. Hopefully it gets better trps.

I think Shaan wasn't always this righteous and outspoken. Remember the library scene?

They were clearly discussing how Shaan didn't support Aastha in front of everyone, rather he asked time from her. He also mentioned how he couldn't do anything because his "vajood" is from bhaisaab and bhabhi.

This is what you call a spineless man. Aastha realised that her husband can't ever stand up for her, hence rejected his proposal of reconciliation multiple times as mentioned in the same scene.

But Aastha recognises that Shaan has deep regret over what happened and how he couldn't stand up for her. He is seriously trying to change and speak up now. To me, this is a great character arc. Proper redemption.

Shaurya definitely has a lot of layers. All his resentment is because of his parents. Otherwise he's a gem. Once he falls for Anokhi and feels loved again, he'd go back to being the pure soul he is.

Anokhi is a great character but CVs make her cry too much. I don't like that.

shaan stole the episode. He was talking sense and also pumping some sense into his professor son. Shaan's getting mad on anokhi was justified as he asked for 2days but still in his heart he knows anokhi did not call the media... also aastha made his speak up...shaan was the one point out important fact like checking cctv or questioning the security guards. He was head straight gave correct questions to the media. And that look at the end to shaurya.

Precap was wow 👏 shakhi working as a team awesome.
