So, at least Astha did admit that she wrong on being a silent spectator initially followed by atoning for it as of now wherein she was content that Anoki stood up for herself & doesn't care if she loses her job but would rather see Anoki progress in her academic life.

Also, ending scene was good wherein Rama was like, yeah it will be the usual drama so it is better that she packs up her bag & exits the house. While Babli wanted to join, waqeel jamai prohibited her from leaving. I wish Babli also said something at that time.

That Daadi, despite being a woman herself, is more concerned about condemnation from society as opposed to teaching her nayalak sons about treating men & women equally in a proper manner....heck, not just men like bhalla, son, son-in-law, etc but women like Daadi also fall prey into retaining male supremacy & being silent spectators...something she's witnessed her life & something bhalla might've witnrssed growing up in his life ...even thst loser brother is concerned abour the job as opposed to supporting anoki in her achievements...
