guys this was one of first pieces of fiction as a writer so i hope u like it and now pls let me know how is it!😳
SCENE- sareen house- rajat comes back home but he is feeling very guilty because he is late, its 11 o clock. As he enters the house he finds that anu has prepared a huge feast for him with all his favourite dishes but she is fast asleep on the couch, he goes to the dining table to have water.
Anu- give me more milk
Rajat-(thinking that anu must be awake)- anu i m having water
Anu- aare bhaiyya, don't you understand straight language, give me more milk
Rajat-(as he comes to see her)- why are you calling me bhaiyya( he sees that she is still sleeping on the couch
Anu- oyye doodhwaale bhaiyya give me enough milk or else i will not pay you
Rajat- accha toh now my ladaku anu is fighting with the doodhwaala in her dreams(caressing her hair) but anu when will you let me come in your dreams, you can fight with me as much as you want( suddenly she puts forward both her hands and rolls, she is about to fall from the couch but rajat holds her and she suddenly wakes up)
Anu- thank you bhaiyya
Rajat- anu m i your bhaiyya
Anu-(opening her eyes)- yes (and when she saw rajat)-nooo
Anu realizes that rajat is looking deep into her eyes and she also wants to lose herself to him but as she sees her position, she tries to move, she tries to get up but rajat has held her tightly, he wants this moment to be still. But as anu is trying to get up continuosly they both fall on the floor. Again anu's heartbeats stopped but she is able to feel rajat's heartbeat SAAJNAAA
Anu- thank you rajat
Rajat-(sarcastically)- or you should say bhaiyya, this is srsly good of you anu first you make me flowerwaala bhaiyya and today i m doodhwaala bhaiyya? Now which bhaiyya do you intend to call me? Anu you are the first girl in the world who's calling me- RAJAT SAREEN bhaiyya
Anu- no rajat, you are not my bhaiyya
Rajat-(moving closer to her)- then who am i???(trying to touch her face, but she escapes)
Anu- rajat please freshen up i will serve dinner for you( as he freshen ups and comes he sees that anu has served only one plate, he thinks that she must have had her food...sad!)
Rajat- did you have your food?
Anu- no, but rajat, today is a very special day for you so you enjoy your meal
Rajat- it indeed is anu but it will become more special if we have dinner together.
Anu- OK rajat, i will get my plate (as she turns to go he holds her hand)
Rajat- sit down anu (as he makes her sit, he puts forward a bite and eyeing towards the bite he says- TOGETHER)
Anu- no rajat its completely OK i will serve food for myself
Rajat- anu, you put in so much effort for me so now let me make some effort for you also na(making a childlike face rajat feeds anu)
And as expected, predicted and known by all there is power cut and the light goes off
Anu- hey shankarji! You sit rajat i will go and get the candles
Rajat-(POV)- hey matarani lagata aapko bhi bade naughty naughty se khayaal aa rahe hai but thank you very much now i will also keep the upwaas on Friday with minty
As anu bought lit candles to the room rajat was mesmerized seeing anu's beauty
Rajat- you look so beautiful!
Anu-(putting candles all over the room)- rajat did you say something?
Rajat- i said that i m hungry, very hungry
Anu- toh your food is served na just help yourself
Rajat- that's not fair anu i fed you na now you come and feed me
Anu- squadron leader rajat is more of a 5 year old kid now (she sits with him and feeds him)
Rajat- you cook good anu
Anu- please don't speak while having your food (rajat just nods)
Anu gets up and turns but again rajat holds her hand to stop her and she again starts feeling breatheless
Rajat- anu now that we are together, even had food together so now lets make it official
Anu- to make what official rajat? (she turns to go but rajat pulls her towards himself)
Rajat- do you really wanna know? He plays a song on his phone and hey start dancing
TERE SANG DIL KE HAR LAMHE PAR HUMKO NAAZ HAI
TERE SANG JO NA BITE USPE AITRAAZ HAI
ISS KADAR HUM DONO KA MILNA EK RAAZ HAI
With each beat of music beats their heart, they come closer to each other with every word just feeling each others existence each others breathe
Anu- happy birthday rajat!
Rajat- what?
Anu- see its 12 oclock
Rajat- but how do you know?
Anu- Minty aunty has called me so many times today and she kept me instructing do this for my shona, do that for my betu and i just kept listening
Rajat- so that's why you made all my favourite dishes? Did'nt you
Anu- you have many surprises to come
Rajat- so you did it to surprise me
Anu- no, i just did it because i wanted to do it
Rajat- somebody's blushing!!!!!!!!!! But by the way anu that is really sweet of you (hearing him talk like this anu relly does'nt know what to say and she tries to leave him and turn will he let her go-no way!!!!)
Rajat- by the way anu in that case you owe me a birthday present
Anu- for sure rajat (he starts moving towards her and she begins to move backwards now) rajat, what are you doing?
Rajat (moving towards her)- my birthday present (they continue to move, with his each step forward she takes a step backward but suddenly THUD comes the wall)
Both of them have become irresistible for each other, rajat so close to anu holding her tightly against the wall and this time its extremely difficult for her to move. Infact she does'nt wanna move. Rajat is able to feel the heaviness in her chest and anu is able to feel each and every breathe of rajat, they have come so close to talk to each other, its just their eyes talking, its just their breathe talking.
But suddenly TRING TRING, its rajat's momma calling and it is able to break anu's trance but rajat is still not moving as if he wants to ignore the call and just attend to anu
Anu- rrraaajjjaattt, your...phone
Rajat- haaa(as he attends the call anu manages to escape)
Minty- happy 26th birthday mera raja beta, you must be missing me naa, i miss you so much
Rajat- of course mom(he manages to get hold of anu's hand)(rajat talks on the phone for 20 mins and here anu is loosing her breathe her senses with every passing minute, she herself is not able to understand what she has been going through, her feelings are painful but she is liking the pain)
Rajat- ohh m so sorry anu, you know my whole khaandaan was there(rajat has not even finished and anu hugs him, very tightly and rajat is surprised seeing such a gesture of hers. Anu just wants to feel rajat's presence and enjoy every moment of it and rajat is also not able to get control over his feelings. They stand still just feeling each other)
And when realization dawns on anu, she tries hard and manages to separate herself from rajat
Anu- iii mmm sssooorrryyy rraaa(not even able to speak up she just runs away from there, she just wants to hide herself somewhere)
Rajat-(POV)- thanks anu, its the best birthday gift ever
SCENE- in the morning, anu is busy doing her assignments and rajat arrives, seeing himshe turns her face, she does'nt wanna show him that how red can she be when rajat tries to go closer to her and talk again its TRING TRING, its minty aunty calling again but this time its for anu seeing his mom's call rajat puts it on loudspeaker
Minty- hey anushka shastri, its now that i realize that you must be alone with my only son at the sareen house
Anu-(feeling really very embarrassed)- ji aunty ji, its his birthday today right
Minty- yeah, i was the one to inform you that but now i have called you to warn you
Anu- warn what auntyji?(rajat looks questioningly at anu)
Minty- i know that my rajat betu is irressisstable for regular girls like you but don't try any kind of hanky panky him, just keep a safe distance or otherwise i will not spare you(saying this she cuts the call)
Anu and rajat are extremely shocked and for anu it has become even more difficult to stand in front of rajat because she is thinking what had happened to her the last night. So she turns leave the place trying to hide the battle of emotions her mind and heart are going through but rajat holds her hand and stops her.
Rajat- anu you can trust me
Anu-(POV)- i know you rajat sareen and i trust you but i don't wanna lose control over myself!)
SCENE- sareen house- anushka is decorating a cake for rajat, she writes his name on the cake and is about to keep the knife aside but suddenly rajat holds her from the back by the waist with his one hand holding anu and the other holding the knife or should i say holding anu's hand. She has again gone breatheless feeling rajat's touch, she is just looking at rajat and he is cutting the cake.
Rajat-(coming to anu's ears)- happy birthday to me (and anu stands frozen not even able to utter a single word.) but again TRING TRING and this time he has to attend it coz its from the headquarters. when he attends it he knows that his colleagues had called him to wish his birthday and this time anu literally runs away from there
Rajat-(POV)- hey matarani, now i feel like banging this phone somewhere, just murdering it, poori duniya mere romance ki dushmann bani baithi hai.(frustrated)- what crime did i commit now!
SCENE- anu is in the kitchen and now her emotions have reached the boiling point, there are so many chemical reactions going on in her mind. She does not want to think about rajat in such a way but she is not able to stop her thoughts. She wants to speak to rajat, she wants to speak about rajat but everytime he comes close and closer and closest, she is not even able to breathe. She is simply confused of what wrong is happening to her and whatever is happening is it srsly wrong? And the pressure cooker goes PHHHISSSHHH but She keeps on thinking and thinking and thinking and suddenly she feels a hand on her shoulder and ofcourse its rajat.(as she turns)
Rajat- anu, dabba!
Anu- what?
Rajat-(as he comes closer and she is having the same feelings again, she feels that he is trying to hug her but actually he was taking his lunchbox from the kitchen counter at her back, as he shows it to anu)- arre my lunchbox
Anu-(POV)- hey shankarji please come to my rescue!
SCENE- anu is sitting in her room and rajat arrives there. When anu sees him
Anu- hey shankarji please spare me, not again!
Rajat- what again?
Anu- i know you far too well mr. Rajat sareen you are everywhere here but you are not at all here
Rajat- excuse me!
Anu- you are in the kitchen, in the living room, on my study table, in front of my dressing table and you...(rajat keeps his hand on her mouth)
Rajat- anu please relax, its me m here in front of you
Anu- srsly
Rajat- of couse but i have a simple question in my mind that why are you seeing me everywhere?
Anu-(POV)- dear rajat, i myself need to get an answer for this question!)
Rajat- so i should understand that i m always on your mind even when m not around (as always she starts fumbling)
Anu- but what are you doing here now?
Rajat- i came to return your lunchbox
Anu- HEY SHANKARJI, the lunch m so sorry rajat i know that roti thodi jali hui thi, dal mein namak kam tha aur gobhi toh bilkul kachhi thi
Rajat-(making her sit down)- relax anu i told you na you cook good (anu feeling embarrassed)(as rajat leaves)POV- paagal ladki
SCENE- anu is arranging flowers in the living room as she turns she finds that her head collided with rajat's chest...
Anu- i m sorry
Rajat- (moving a step forward)- don't be
Anu is moving backwards and she lost her breathe again and she is not able to speak up, not at all with his each step fprward she takes a step backward and THUD comes the wall
Anu- raajjjaaat... pleeeaaase(trying to gain control over her feelings)
But this time rajat is determined that he is not gonna stop, he caresses anu's hair and cups her face making her feel numb
Anu-(with all possible efforts)- raaajjjaaa peeya is...
Rajat- shhh not this time anu
When he touches her face she has a feeling which was best unknown to her, she feels special, she just wants the moment to be still she just wants to feel rajat's presence and rajat is completely understanding her feelings. As he touches her she tries to turn her face but he holds her tightly feeling her fragrance and she has actually lost herself. After looking deep into her eyes he kisses her on the forehead and she has tightly clutched his arms then feeling her breathe he kisses her on the side of the nose and now she knows that she has completely lost in a dream with rajat. Feeling anu's soaring heartbeat he just moves closest to her, as he touches her lips trying to seal them with a kiss...
Peeya- anu didi, where on earth are you??????????
She sees anu standing motionless near the wall
Anu- rrraaajjaattt...
Peeya - no didi its me peeya
Anu-(feeling breatheless)- haa, what happened?
Peeya- didi m very hungry!
Anu- haa you go to the kitchen i will just come in a minute.
Regaining her senses as she tries to move forward rajat suddenly pulls her back towards her
Rajat- (implanting a kiss on her cheek)- miss me
But anu is not conscious enough to ask him what does he mean and when she tries to ask him he is disappeared!
SCENE- anu is serving food to peeya and rajat arrives...
Peeya- hi rajat bhaiyya, happy birthday, come have food with me and you know what i have made big plans to celebrate today
Rajat- thank you so much peeya and m very sorry, we will not be able to celebrate together because i urgently need to report to the Srinagar airforce base, its an emergency please understand, i m sorry
Peeya- ohh please rajat bhaiyya don't be so formal, its completely fine(its now that anu realizes that what rajat was exactly talking about!) But you know what rajat bhaiyya now you will keep reporting to different air bases for the whole year!
Rajat- what do you mean piya?
Peeya- bhaiyya they say that whatever you do on your birthday you keep doing it for the whole year which is ahead to come
Rajat-(recalling all the moments he has spent with anu)(POV)- so if that is the case, i wanna spend my whole life with you anushka shastri
Anu leaves
SCENE- sareen house- at night, when anu is trying hard to sleep and not think about rajat she hears some movement in the living room. she picks up a rod and goes to the living room, seeing a masculine figure she thinks of him to be a thief so she goes and tries to hit him hard on his shoulder. The man who has sensed that somebody is behind him gets alert. Turns and pulls the rod and so anu towards himself. This is the time when the girl realizes that its none other than rajat!
Anu- i m so sorry
Rajat- ohh its completely fine i m happy that you are so alert
Anu- rajat, please leave me
Rajat- ohhh OK
Anu- you here? This time?
Rajat- i came here to keep my house keys, i m going na
Anu-(recalling)- achhaa, but rajat you should say i will go and come back
Rajat-(as he comes forward and hugs anu)- ok baba i will go and come back and i will miss you very much
And anu simply does'nt know how to react!!!!!!!!!!!!
