Great post!Love is indeed not enough. We claim to love but when hard times come knocking on our door steps, we forget the term *love&trust* and only concentrate on the terms "hatred" and "revenge."
He knew ANU inside and out. He knew what sort of person she was and how far she was willing to go to protect her loved ones, and yet when he was in deep shizzles, he did not hesitate once in blaming her. Hence why should she stay? Without trust, there is no future in a relationship. Trust is the fruit of a relationship. Rajat not only distrusted Anu, but he also humiliated her in front of society. He will acquire his self respect, honor and pride back, but will she? Will the humiliation of having your sindoor poured and having your mangalsutra broken in front of everyone in the name of humiliation prove to be too much for Anu? Or will she accept him back without causing him much torture? Anu trusted Rajat blindly. I say this because she knew for her he would have married Devyani and it was because of this trust she had in him, that she even dared to think along this line. But Rajat did not trust ANU enough to believe she will never go against his pride and honor to cause him distress. He trusted Karishma, so much so that he was willingly to marry her. That for me depict his lack of intense feeling for Anu. Both were ready to jump on the wagon way too fast.Time for them to go back to neutral and start from gear 1 again. After all, damn it, what does being in love mean if you can't trust a person.
