So this triangle story is starting to irritate most of us. So I thought it would be good to try analyse the situation.

So let's start off with Miss Anushka Shastri

She's mature, sweet, caring and very much family-centred as we all know. She tends to make well thought-through decisions usually. She prefers to sort out her personal and family problems independently and doesn't accept help unless necessary.

So this girl until now has been purely living to make her family happy, so much so that she didn't even want to get married (Very difficult for me to relate to and probably most of us girls to). But anyway, to her "Anu-Papa-Sisters-Only-World" enters the handsome Mr Rajat Sareen. (Ahaha..!) So as expected from her practical character, she doesn't feel anything towards him or his good looks. But then, she sees his personality. Most importantly she sees in him someone who cares for her FAMILY! Well, if that's not going to impress Miss Anushka Shasri, I don't know what will! </font>

Now as we see in recent episodes, the bold heart of Anushka Shastri is slowly starting to melt and is temepeted to let Rajat into her "Anu-Papa-Sisters-Only-World". Although she is probably doesn't want it to, she is unable to stop her heart.

NowMiss Devyani Shastri.

Well, she's sweet, bubbly, action-packed and loves herself (which is not at all a bad thing). She's probably not the mature one. But then again I always thought she had a mature side to her especially when dealing with Alka wanting to go back to Kanpur in the initial episodes. Her actions sometimes make you want to say "Go girl!" Unlike Anushka in her "Anu-Papa-Sisters-Only-World", Devyani is a girl full of dreams and aspirations. Her actions are not particularly well thought-through as she is pretty dynamic.

So Miss Devyani Shastri who is used to being the heartthrob of every guy finally sees her Prince Charming... again Mr Rajat Sareen. We'll probably say that she's infatuated, but in her world she just had "Love-at-first sight". To add to this, she finds out he is Sareen uncle's son. She's probably thinking... "This is no coincidence, this guy must be meant for me". To add to all this Mr Rajat Sareen, especially in the initial episodes does act like he has something for her (I think this was annoying all of us). But by the time Rajat had started to show feelings towards Anushka, it was all too late. Devyani Shastri had already turned to Devyani Sareen in her world and in this world Rajat loves HER. How would she even imagine that Mr Sareen would love her sister when she has always been the heartthrob to everyone.

So in the last episode, we are start to see Devyani's first reality-check from her dream world. But she is not ready to accept anything yet. How can she? IN HER WORLD: She is Devyani Sareen. She saw Rajat first so he has always been her Price Charming. She loves Rajat and Rajat loves her. And Anushka is just an intruder.

Rajat Sareen: The charming squadron leader is someone who loves his family and has always made his parents proud. He has a deep sense of responsibility and his manners are amazing, He is a good looking guy, the kind that makes mothers throw their daughters in his direction but no one has caught his eye till Anushka... He falls for her at her first 'Namaste' but doesn't realize it.. The thought of Rajeev being her boyfriend leaves a bitter taste in his mouth and he taunts her so often as smoothly as he can in his charming best behavior.. When he realizes the truth and gets to know her, he falls in love with her completely.. He is drawing his own happily ever after in his mind ..

Rajat Devyani----- updating

As said before Rajat has a strong sense of duty and nothing but duty will force him to get engaged with Devyani..

Devyani, I think will get jealous seeing Rajat and Anushka together and think that she has to do something before Rajat falls out of love with her (as she thinks) and in love with Anu.. Being the person of action, I think she will create the circumstances such that Sareen and Shastri will be forced to announce their engagement-- (like??)

1. Someone saw her fainting in Rajats arms and she will tell her father that she loves Rajat when this becomes an issue.

2. She creates a circumstance that makes them take such a step.

Devyani is shown as someone who doesnt think about the consequences of her actions. she does it thinking it will benefit all.. she is still living in her dream world where she and Rajat love each other.

Wow. What a super post!

I enjoyed reading your analysis Violet and Aashti. I wish I can write as good as you. But my English language is limited.

I agree with you Anu , Devyani and Rajat became the soul of SS. And you described their personalities perfectly.

Anushka's character is the picture perfect character. She is the ideal woman. Every father would want a daughter like her, every girl would want a sister like her and every man would want a wife like her. She is ready to sacrifice for the happiness of her family members.

On the other hand Devyani is a very realistic character. It is true that she is really in the negative mode right now, but someof the greatest sacrifices come from such characters, and I am sure Devyani shall not be an exception.

Its basically a clash between an ideal and a real character

Yes I completely agree with you... Dev is a realistic character... She is passionate and will stand up for what she fees strongly about..While Anushka is the kind who will go to any length to protect her family Devyani is the kind who will never let anyone mess with her family and get away with it..

Devyani might be a little irritating for us because we dont want her with Rajat but she is the lead of the show and she will live up to her character the moment this AnuRaNI track ends

Worded it perfectly there! Devyani is definitely the REALISTIC character! And if Anu or Neil didn't exist we might probably have even laughed along with and enjoyed her actions. But once she finds out Anu and Rajat loves eacho ther and still continues "Mission-Marry-Rajat-Sir", then I would have to say she is actually turning negative.
