Time for daughter and mommy to measure various corridors of their house. Well, heart to heart talk happens. Rathy asks mommy about keeping quiet " you knew every thing about Salima and daddy but never asked /told me any thing !!" Mommy says that she had some doubts about the integrity of Suresh Bharathy ' "but never had the guts to confront him . The first two years of our marriage was pretty turbulent. If your father had told me every thing, I would not have taken it well. That is when the assault on Salima happened and she went in to coma. AppO than unga appa ellam sOnnar. From then on, my love for your dad grew by leaps and bounds. We were the ideal couple. " Rathy asks " what if I had come and asked about all the gossip going around in the hospital about appa and Salima?" Mommy says that she actually was waiting for Rathy to do that "then I would have explained to you. Without you asking, how do you expect me to volunteer and tell you every thing?" Rathy says that she did have the doubt "but I asked Periappa about it and he told me every thing . Periappa thinks that you do not know about all this !!" Mommy wants status quo to be maintained " let him not know . My worry is about Salima. She has no one to take care of her !!!" Rathy says that she has Maha " Maha will definitely come " Mommy is happy to hear that. Hospital ' Salima's bro and SIL are present . Well, they KNOW about the money and of course want it. They want to take Salima with them. Semai planning ' summa vaa?? 50 Lakhs maannn 50 Lakhs.

Aaksh with the bank manager ' the one who was bribed by PK ' Bank guy gives Aakash some pittance of a time and says that the loan has to repaid. Aakash starts pleading but the bank guy is unrelenting ' summa va ?? LCD TV Aache GDP enters and the bank guy gushes over her. Well, as luck would have it , it was GDP who helped that bank guy to get the promotion. For the bank guy, GDP is more valuable than PK ' Aaksh kku loan problem solved. GDP ' Aakash kOnjam kadalai ' actually they make a good pair.

GDP at her office ' Nandhini and Roopa give company. GDP acts as if she is too busy ,Nandhini waits patiently ' but GDP is very busy. Nandhini frets and GDP sings mannikka vendukiren. Well, Nandhini wants to know the status ' "Aakash matter enna aachu??" GDP says that she gave the bouquet to Aakash ' Nandhini asks "what was his reaction?/ Did he ask about me??" GDP says that he evinced no interest. Nandhini says that she made a mistake " I should have gone myself " GDP says that it would have been a real bad idea "nee ange pOi nalla vazhinji iruppe'.my reputation is at stake !!" Nandhini is disappointed ' GDP advises " ellam vayasu kOlaaru. Appa amma kitte sOlli nalla payyana paarthu kalyaanam pannikkO, as your good friend'.I can only say this " starts putting on her busy act'Nandhini leaves'.. as soon as she leaves''GDP stops her work abruptly'.Roopa watches'. GDP has visions of her kadalai with Aakash " this evening you will meet your GF in the beach '..and talk about the future "

Mohan Barathi in a serious discussion with some one on the phone over some structural changes of SN. Akash enters , MB hurriedly changes the subject. Akash chellama chides father for over straining & his constant worry which tells up on his health.Worry , says MB , is part & parcel of every human being , quotes an anonymous – just 2 people sans worry in this world – dead one & the one yet to be born. Akash is keen to know about the worries that bugs MB. MB lists – worry about SN , Rathi & also about Akash – age is fast catching up with him , vital organs are not listening to him like before , so wants to see Akash settle down in life with a good life partner. Akash out vittufy his love matter – name Devi Prasad , chellama GDP , Andhra paingiLi , sole proprietress of Devi Enterprises , Prasad Global Solutions & Janvas communications , bold , beautiful & brainy , dynamic , linguist ,knows 14 languages. Excited Akash's GDP puranam convinces MB that payal has fallen head over heels in love with her.

Salima's turn to measure the hospital corridor. Outside Salima's aNNan & aNNi measuring the compound floor– waiting for Salima's discharge. Time is ticking , both are restless. Inside Salima is restless . Akash & Rathi come . Both are happy with Salima's amazing recovery. Salima is emotional , upset as Maha has not turned up to meet her . At the same time Maha comes in , happy & emotional reunion takes place , hug each other warmly .The two gold diggers waiting outside get to know about this ,their money is at stake , forcibly try to take Salima along with them to their house , Salima resists , the duo create a ruckus , threaten to go to police , somehow Akash weans off Salima from their grip & takes her away .

GDP waiting for MB in his room. Somehow MB is not amused. GDP apologises for not taking prior permission & extends her warm greetings. MB curtly returns the greetings. After formal introduction MB says as per original plan they were supposed to meet the next day. GDP never believes in postponing anything , according to her tomorrow never comes .MB corrects her – it is already tomorrow in Australia. GDP asks her would be FIL about her son's selection , whether she would be suitable girl for the family. Suddenly it strikes ,that she has been doing all the talking & so asks would be mamanar to take her interview. MB asks about her poorvikam . Here it goes - appa Prasad - owner of a granite factory in Cuddapa , amma Kalyani , native place Vizag ,have been a carefree type since child hood ,kadal ,katharikai , kalyanam were never in her agenda. But became target of Manmadan Ambu when saw Akash. Cupid's arrow is a stupid arrow comments MB. Unmindful GDP continues her artificial yap – nalla kadalukku adayaLam kalyanathil mudivadhuthan. MB counters – oru mosamana kalyanathin adayalam divorceil mudivadhuthan. We have lot of things in common quips GDP .This is the standard dialogue of the lovers during courtship which turns topsy-turvy after wedding, replies MB.GDP gets a nagging feeling that MB is not in favour of their marriage. Neither for nor against says MB. Enjoyable tug of war of words between them. Now GDP flaunts her lobbyist card , almost , always tasted success in my lobbying , first time lobbying for myself , definitely will succeed , marriage will definitely happen with your blessing & will meet as FIL & DIL[Arrogance personified]. As a parting gesture GDP wants a hand shake with MB who avoids it & curtly replies –' Let us see GDP'.👏

Akash on the phone talking about some business magazine, comes to meet Dr.Mohan Bharathi who is in his room quite unhappy. Akash wishes him a good morning - he feels it isnt so good a morning. Any problem enquires Akash. GDP came to meet MB. Akash had told her he would take her home one day - she must have been in a hurry to meet him. Dont learn that habit from her recommends MB. Akash wants to know what GDP spoke to MB that he is so upset. First, she was already in MB's cabin when he entered. His cabin - Chairman of Shanthi Nilayam - was taken aback. It is possible for her to do so replies Akash. MB wants to know if he is proud of it or dislikes it. It doesnt matter to him replies Akash, what is MB's attitude is important. MB doesnt like her. MB stands up asking how can she come into his cabin without his permission. Akash too stands up when MB stands and sits when MB does. Doesnt she have even this basic manners asks MB alternating between standing and sitting. She is a lobbyist going from one corridor to the other, doesnt bother to barge into places is Akash's reply alternating between standing and sitting. She told about her family. Those in love arent bothered but those who need to conduct the marriages get to see the holes too. MB feels all that were seeming to be pluses to Akash seems minuses to him. GDP goes on and on...blah blah - just because grew up modern doesnt mean you neednt show any respect goes MB. Concludes that GDP is not a suitable match for Akash. He has to forget her, a bitter pill to swallow but will benefit his life. Dont meet GDP - out of sight, out of mind says MB.

Akash may feel her as a suitable wife, but she is not a suitable DIL to their family. Why in a hurry MB asks Akash, leaves his cabin. If this is your decision, then Akash shouts he will never marry. On the corridor MB shouts back, all this emotional blackmail will not work on him.

GDP's office. Nandhini walks in, is stopped by Rupa. Have something important to talk to your boss, where is the usual red carpet asks Nandhini. All that has been rolled and kept in a corner replies Rupa. Cannot meet GDP without an appointment. Nandhini wants to go in, she is GDP's friend. Both keep shouting. GDP is distracted with the noise outside. Sees the ensuing arguments, calls Rupa on the phone, wants Nandhini in.

GDP asks Nandhini why this cyclone avatar now. Nandhini is Hurricane Katrina now. GDP asks her to spill all that she has to and leave. Got a lot of work. Nandhini begins with asking if GDP knows the meaning of friendship. GDP wants to know, before that Nandhini lists out whatever a friend should not do. The first is the bouquet which Nandhini wanted to give Akash. GDP gave it as if it was her idea. The second was the poetry written by Nandhini, GDP's plagiarism like the movie pyaasa (pOi pyaasa paattu kEkkaNum romba naaL aachchu) The third is GDP's advice to Nandhini not to flirt with Akash but GDP did instead. GDP smirks. In short Nandhini compares GDP to a wine. Initially it is good, but later turns out to be poison. GDP says just because they both were seen together in a restaurant or beach doesnt amount to being in love. Yes, Nandhini too thought the same until she received the sms - which is read out loud. Dear Akash, like a stethescope I know your heart beat. with sweet kisses GDP which was by mistake sent to Nandhini instead of Akash.

Although GDP is in love with Akash a corner of her heart is thinking about the drogam, that is why the sms sent to Nandhini by mistake (think GDP did so intentionally - she might move out of the way later) Nandhini prompts GDP to say that she lost that phone, GDP starts of with aan...but Nandhini gives a call to that number which promptly rings on GDP's table. Now GDP accepts and says she does love Akash. Nandhini says it is green dhrogam. What rubbish, starts GDP. Is there a rule that she should not love someone Nandhini loves. Both have equal rights to love Akash. adhi thelusco. If someone else loved Akash will Nandhini go there and make a scene like this. She will be slapped instead. adhi thelusco. Love is a competitive game, who ever is smarter will win. adhi thelusco. Yes GDP did advice not to meet Akash, but Nandhini could have gone ahead. She did not because she is submissive, timid - adhi thelusco. Nandhini is getting angry, No one who goes as a missive is spoken so ill of, but here... GDP hits herself on her head saying adhi thelusco GDP. un Akasha love paNradhaa naan sollala, un Akashthaan enna love paNradhaa sonnaaru...adha pOi en Akash kitta kEttukkO says GDP. If Akash loves you he would have sent the message through me, losing is the first step in love.

GDP lists out as to what all is friendship. When we give rights in a friendship, we also give the right to get hurt. Although one doesnt get something, if she is happy for the other who has got it, is a true friend. When she hides her loss in a smile for the friend - she is a true friend. Nandhini retorts with even devils quote scriptures. Very apt for GDP. Only two people can tell the truth about a person - the first being a friend turned into an enemy and the second an enemy turning to be a friend. Nandhini falls under the earlier category she states. Anyone in Nandhini's position will tell the whole truth about GDP but Nandhini will not - for the sole reason of having been a true friend to GDP. GDP is taken a back. Nandhini claps and prasies GDP - vaazhga un dhrogam, vaLarga un vanjagam and leaves.

MB practising walk in his cabin. RB comes in and praises him for following the doctor's advice. She lists out the names of doctors attending a medical conference on behalf of SN. Sees that he is not listening to her. Asks what the problem is. The problem is Akash says MB. RB is surprised, usually she is the one to complain about Akash. Yes, Akash is the problem - he is in love. RB is surprised. Instead of conducting the wedding, why is MB complaining she asks. Why doesnt he want to get married or is he laying conditions like her and Naren. Neither replies MB, he wants to get married as early as possible. MB doesnt like the girl at all. He has fallen headlong in love with GDP who had accompanied Nandhini during the medical camp. RB has just seen her a couple of times, hasnt spoken to GDP much. MB tells of his meeting with GDP. So that was your impression asks RB, not a good woman replies MB. Requests RB to talk to Akash for she is the same age group. Rathi is asked to keep her handphone on call to MB, he wants to know what Akash is saying. MB also says that Akash cannot continue as CFO there, no relationship between father and son and finally the third heart attack will be because of Akash.

RB goes to Akash's room. Akash asks her how she is... she is happy - counting her blessings. Akash accepts , says usually man counts his curses and not the blessings. So RB asks him to list out his blessings. He does so... RB finally adds that his father is also a blessing to him. Finally they reach the topic - and RB calls MB without Akash's knowledge. MB eagerly turns his phone to speaker mode. Rathi says periappa feels that Devi is not a good match for Akash. Akash feels that his feelings are more important here. This is not a medical case to go for a second opinion. Rathi speaking for MB says that he is feeling that in a hurry Akash might take a wrong decision is MB's thought. Akash asks if MB has never made a wrong decision at all in his life. Rathi says that there will be a crack in their relationship as father and son. MB in his room closes the mouthpiece and says why poosi mozhuging - tell that he will be disowned. Akash is an individual first then only his son. MB again barks in his room asking if he is explaining the theory of relativity. Then Rathi goes to the next asthram of MB - that Akash cannot continue as a CFO at SN. MB feels that he is unable to see the expression on Akash's face.

Akash replies that MB is still a child, only children fight with if you dont give me this, I wont give you that. MB has grown old but not grown up. Akash can survive anywhere. Let the old man know this he says. MB in his room again shouts - yes I have grown old and you are going to remain the same age. Now he is behaving like the younger Sivaji in the film gowravam. The final arrow is thrown in - MB's health condition. Akash says the first two attacks were not because of him. The third attack is a possibility for MB, let him not blame Akash or GDP for it. Rathi squirms...

Nandini meets Akash. Akash, mistaking that she has come with yet another camp or charity programme , throws up his hands – busy for next 2 months , combined with financial strains. Nandini says she has to talk regarding his marriage with GDP . Akash all ready to lend his ears when his cell . Good sagunam says Akash & takes the call. GDP at the other end ,asks Akash only to listen & not talk. As per calculation Nandini must be there to meet him to talk about their marriage.Already she had mentioned to him about Nandini's character – jealousy personified – thy name is Nandini –dictionary can replace the word Jealousy with that of Nandini – could not digest Akash/ GDP love & marriage matter because she has an eye on him. So must have come to tell cock & bull stories & paint a black image of GDP. Cautions Akash not to fall a prey to it. Akash then avoids Nandini pretending to be very busy with lot of appointments & assures to talk to her later. Once she leaves conveys the matter to his sweet heart.

Bharat Vicky [BV] walks in to SN & goes straight to PK's room. PK is relaxing almost in semi sleep posture. Surprised to see BV with out prior appointment. BV quips – it is not your office but my hospital , i too am a director here , so have every right to walk in. BV asks about his story. PK gives the standard dialogue , nice one , will finance for that. Vicky is not a fool anymore to believe it , Picks up story lying in the dustbin , bids goodbye to PK & leaves.

PK & Akash in a private meeting.Nosy parker PK is anxious to know what made the rigid bank manager to change his stance. An angel , a beautiful angel made him [bank manager] a mouse.Think os an Angel & there she arrives. A mild shock brush past both PK & GDP face & both knew well to camouflage it. Akash welcomes her. Introduces- Bank manager engira singathai muyalakina angel. PK gives her his visiting card. GDP curtly says she never takes visiting card from anybody , it is her secretary's duty. PK replies , nor does he give his visiting card to any Tom , Dick & Harry , only to VVips. PK takes leave , Akash too accompanies him . Before leaving Akash informs GDP about MB's green signal for their marriage.

Meeting of PK & GDP. Apparently both are privy to each others shady past. GDP alias Anamika was ex girlfriend of Pk . PK compelled her to give company to one MR. Gondelwal with all his focus on Godelwal's wealth ,promising Anamika marriage after they successfully swindle the man. Anamika resisted but later yielded to his pressure. Once mission accomplished , PK exposed his true face , no marriage , let us be friends having live in relationship. This incident changed Anamika 's life completely , changed her name & started a new life.PK needles her- how about sharing this news with Akash. Unperturbed ,GDP tells him to go ahead . PK shocked , not frightened asks her? Not at all says GDP . She kizhuchufies PK's mugath thirai – Gondelwal's sudden death – neither natural nor suicide , planned cold blooded murder – one call to Delhi police the case will be reopened & PK will be in Tihar jail giving company to Kanimozhi. Throwing stones from glass house is dangerous , PK realizes. Both come to an agreement , not to cross each others line. GDP lastly asks – Prem do you think that nobody knows our secret? Prem replies- except the dead man. A sly smile sits on GDP's lips. [ Nandiniku therinjirukkumo? Indha 2 black sheepum Shanthi Nilayama Ashanthi Nilayam aakama irkkaNum. But as the saying goes thieves fall apart , they may dig their own grave]
