Well we start off with Harak Singh's WWII rusted gun pointed at Harman which he is not afraid of, rightfully so that gun couldn't kill an ant. Preeto having heaved 10 times comes back to render Harman a tight slap and then ask him in the most filmi way how he could do this to his parents. How could he defy them? what was it that she had asked of Harman nothing new just a couple of dozen children happily playing around. Harman should donate his sperm I think it would be good side income and Preeto's dreams of a million potas can be easily fulfilled. Harman tries to make Preeto understand from a humanitarian point of view that Soumya cannot leave because Singh mansion is like Pentagon and Soumya is safe from Russia here I mean the many kidnappers and Maninder, so she will stay in this house. Harman tells her she taught him how to help other people to which Preeto says not at the cost of one's own house. How hypocritical of Preeto backing off from her mahaan teachings.
Coming back to the drama at hand, Harman agrees to marry lizard and produce triplets in the first go. I knew the dude had it in him all along. He walks up to Mahi and tells her that Soumya would never come in between them, right dude you bought her at Walmart we totally forgot she was dispensable. What shit writing excuse my curses. He further goes on to say "Woh Is ghar key koney main pari raheygi. Usey iss ghar main koi rishta nahin mileyga" awesome sentiments dude. Kiss khabees ney yeh ghatia dialogue likha hai. Chachi finally had some lines today she says Mahi is not a baby producing machine, woman she has not produced a single offspring till yet how can you insult machines by comparing them to her. But Mahi says she has one condition and then she will marry Harman. She runs up in a fast forward attempt and returns with the sweater Soumya had knitted for Harman. She asks him to burn it so that she may know that he actually means what he says. Smart move Mahi please don't buy Harman's white lies that easily. Focus on VD and cute Ruby shedding glycerine by the bucket. Harman looks at the sweater Soumya's beautiful rotu face is focused on man she is gorgeous. He says he can't destroy his rishta with Soumya, it will be with him forever. He consoles Mahi that Soumya will not come in between them and Mahi will be his wife blah blah and blah...
Mahi goes and brings Soumya to him she starts ranting at Soumya that she can not give anyone happiness but can take all her happiness away. She tells Harman she can't cut him like a cake and share him the cake is hers and her's alone, a selfish greedy creature. She is about to hit Soumya when Harman stops her and tells her that even if she had married him he would never have allowed her to hit Soumya ever. Mahi says Soumya is already in between them , she says she wants to be his jeevan saathi not sex saathi. How dumb is that lizard at least she could've rolled in the hay with him for a while before storming off. I know many girls in the forum would've happily replaced her. Mahi storms off and Varun helps her pack, Chachi's lines are cut then.
Mahi says glycerineful goodbyes to everyone and leaves. Chachi has some more lines "Ab dhundtey rehna apney laadley key liye itni achi larki" Chachi leaves... thank God. Harak's lines continue he says that Harman is writing history by keeping Soumya in his lap, how he has killed his other relations for one relation. He asks how can he do this to which Harman goes in the past and tells him that 25 years ago he too helped someone by bringing them in this house. Preeto gains mobility she says he brought me here I gave him waaris. I think this drama shud've been named waaris instead of Shakti. Anyways she is mighty proud of having produced a son, seriously woman what did you do like genetically create him, how pathetic to take credit for something given to you by God. Harak Singh regains his lines and says not to tell him what to do he brought Preeto and she gave him waaris important for the society and country. This made me think of India's increasing population and am happy maybe Harmu could adopt some child and help someone. Anyways Preeto asks Harman to ask Soumya what she can give him tauntingly.
Harman says he didn't expect much from them and that every relation is not weighed in scales neither is it for barter. Nice dialogues Harmu. He clasps our bootiful Somu's hand and walks away.
Highlights
Harmu's dialogues bang on, except for when he made Soumya look like doormat. I think the writer should facepalm himself for penning such degrading crap. But Harmu redeemed himself by not burning the sweater, by telling Mahi exactly what he thought of her... a piece of shit. By telling his parents in not so many words that he will not let go of Soumya and that she will continue to live with him. His acting was superb only when Harak was saying his dialogues and the focus went on him did I think he was laughing in his heart or something, pretty close to smiling actually. Must be laughing at the hysterical scene the viewers will be subjected to shortly.
What did not work.
Harman's parents conveniently forgetting that they produced a daughter too. Is she not a waaris too?
