Well, considering Rubina said there is no Kinnar track when the show was first airing, says alot. I agree that she cannot say anything, first she said she didnt know anything about kinnar track, then when it was reveald she is a kinnar, she said when she was offered the role of a Eunuch/Kinnar she hid it from her family. So def she cannot say something bc she is possibly not allowed by the production house. Who knows, let's see.
