They both are right like, one side of coin what abt d other? ... Like When ppl who faced harassment know d bad person mentality n still d person is quiet n not taking any action... Against it but what abt ppl who faced sexual harassment n obvio they don't want to get harassed ... Nor they were giving any signals... Nor they were quiet even they raised their voice... but then also no effects on harrasers... its easy to say then face... It...
one thing irks me is that 'Signals ',? Abt wht? They mean to say vicitm of sexual harassment gives signals to harrasers? Literally is it true? No offense to anyone guys, but its a chronical dieases have increased like hell... Nowdays no one can be trusted... Nor anybody wants to go through this hell no one...

As much as i love Vivian Dsena, I think he went a little wrong here. I get what he is trying to say. But they are wrong on some level. Criminals do not wait for signals. and No, victims do not give any kind of signal to anyone. Maybe some do, but what they said, felt like pointing out at the victims more than the culprits. I know people here will disagree with me.
