I thinks it internal abuse type
The way preeto got scared after seeing shoes and imagined harak there
I think it's only happy happy relationship for outer world and inside there is nothing between them
And also Harman is not preeto own son

Me too feel the same. They don't have a pyarwala relation btwn them. They just act as a goody goody couple infront of the world. Even harak considers her as a jooti. But i don't think harman is not their son. But there's some dark past related to them which will be revealed in the future epis. Lets wait and watch.
