Maang Me Sindoor-

Today's episode brought forth an important turn of events, an event that has shaken the lives of every character. Here are my thoughts about what went through their minds as Harman was applying Sindoor to Soumya. (Some of these feeling, I feel, are straightforward, but others more complex). Would love to know your thoughts

Maninder and Bebe: Shock, afraid, angry that their best held secret will come out, and they will be shamed. They are more afraid for their own status in the society.

Nimmi and Biji: Shock and fear. But the fear is directed more towards what will now happen to Soumya . Fo them it is not about society, but the individual Soumya, who they have tried to protect all their lives.

Surbhi: Hurt and disappointed, feeling of loss, for she was developing feeling for Harman and would have liked to be his bride. How will she react going forwrad? Will she have resentment / jealousy towards Soumya (like it was shown once before with the river drowning incident) or will her love for her sister will help her to overcome her own sense of loss.

Harak Singh: It was his pride and his idea of what is right came into play today. He has always been shown to be reactionary and was true to his character.

Preeto: Harman is the apple of her eye and can do no wrong. She had dreams about Harman's marriage, his wife, her bahu. This is certainly not what she wanted. Will she project her disappointment on to Soumya or will she support Soumya?

Soumya: Was a lost soul, unable to express her feelings, unable to take any part in the decision that was deciding the course of her life. She thinks well of Harman, trust him, and knows he has not done anything wrong, in fact he saved her life but is unable to speak nor did anyone ask her opinion. She had dreamt of becoming a bride, will she be looking forward to the world of happiness?

Harman: his reaction was the most interesting to me. He tried to get out of the situation but this time Harak Singh was stronger or was he? He kept looking at Preeto to get her approval, and knew Preeto did not want him to "marry> But he goes forward and once he made up his mind, it was only Soumya that he looked at. He loved her looks, but is not in love with her, nor does he understand why she is afraid, unable to speak. Is he angry that Soumya did not defend him (but he knows Soumya is not capable of that), Is he feeling sorry for Soumya and hence he went along or was it something else?

preeto i dont think will accept somya,n it will be true to her character.She was against it n wholeheartedly showed her resentment so no way she will accept somu.she may be civil towards her in front of whole society but in person she will hate her no matter what


Harak singh is very muvh like that meri ijjat ka sawal hai types n like u said he remain true ti his character,plus his son life was at stake.He understands also dat somu life has been destroyed because of the kidnapping saga...


somya always wanted to be a bride .but everyone keep saying she cant be .somya was i guess shocked in dat whole process.coz she cant defend herself and was at the mercy of gaon wala n panchayats


-regarding harman his was the most complex situation i guess..He is very much capable of defending himself.he even tried putting sense in panchayat n crowd but alas noone listened.so he must be angry or like go to hell.He knoes somya cNt defend him or herself.He really cant say no when his own father asks him something pointing gun at him .seriously there is no other choice.His mom is saying no.He liked somu but still marrying someone u may like at gun point aint a happy happy situation.So there were like thousand thougts running in his mind n his situation was like dhobi ka kutta na ghar ka na ghaat ka🤣

All other reaction are fine ...but not sure about Harman reaction...waiting for today's episode

Harak Singh always shown as man of justice and righteous principles. He did not want his son's reputation to be ruin at the same time girl's reputation. Saumya's character is just that she does not know how to react. As kid, as she reacted...bad outcomes occurred. She always battled what's right and what's wrong. All her life, decisions have made by others, especially by her mom or Surbhi. Harman's also reacts but through bad intension some good things happens to him. While attempted to kidnap Surbhi, he kidnaps Saumya. Due to society's bad intentions, Harman is made to put sindoor on Saumya's Mang. Now time will tell how...society's bad intentions (accusations), something positive happens to Haya's life. Harman will be Saumya's Shakti and will help her to be stronger and fight for justice.

Nice analyse..Yes Harman had kinda no reaction.. with no objection he just did what his father ask him to. Wonder how it will progress now..

Rubina is just amazing as innocent , child hearted Soumy .. Her acitng as a girl who can't figure out what is going on around her and why her mother is concerned about her and why family is not accepting the marriage is just awesome..

As expected.. Surbhi will surely come inbetween Harman and Soumya.. it is evident from yesterday's epi (Epi#27)... If Soumya comes to know about her sister's liking for Harman.. surely she will sacrifice..

But interesting to see how Harman reacts after knowing the truth... that moment will be a heart breaking moment for Soumya.. Totally in love with #Soumya, #Harman and #TeamShakti
