Is it just me? (On Mohi track)

Until the last track on surrogacy, it felt like it has to do with Preeti's age which plays a huge role in the show's concept. Now with the time-jump and Rati being a younger actress, it feels like any other show and nothing to do with a woman in her fourties struggling to make it in this world.

I hope they get back to the concept and to Shaadi Mubhaarak, the company

Ever since the village track it lead to Nandini and KT’s past and it was hard for the writers to balance it with the office track. Then they moved to the office track were the clients helped with the business crisis the Tibrewal’s were going through and most importantly they made KeerTi realize the importance of marriage/ love confession. Preeti’s hard phase (cancer track) we saw some glimpse of the office here and their but that was because this track and the surrogacy track were the main focus. In between these tracks they managed to show Preeti getting best businesswoman of the year award. After leap, they are slowly balancing the office track and family drama. I think SM is pretty good as they still show shaadi mubarak company and the mature talk with the clients about how this generation feels about marriage and love. I’m guessing others wanted to see a FULL marriage with the ceremonies and rituals happening but that maybe wouldn’t have worked with the budge.

Actually they were focussing on developing the office track when Manav tested covid positive since then they had to mould the track in order to fit with the current situation. Even i am not much in favour of the current episodes as they are really ITVish and typical. I am hopeful once Manav recovers and shooting restarts we will get back the office tracks.
