Surya comes in and gives resignation letter.. Dhana asks the reason and Surya says he beat that guy since he spoke wrongly but did not realise his relationship with Dhana.. Dhana tears the resignation letter and promotes Surya to Manger's post.. Manager asks what about me.. Dhana asks him to work in Surya' post or resign and get lost.. manager is shattered.. Dhana says when I am not in the office as a manager you had to be responsible and should not have let that guy talk rubbish in the office.. You have failed in your responsibilities so get lost.. That manger walks away in anger.. Dhana thanks Surya and wishes him all the best in his new role.. Surya thanks and leaves..

Shantha comes to Komala's home with a motive of finishing her off.. he finds Komala lying in a pool of blood and is shocked.. he decides to inform the police in person and turns around hearing Komala moaning.. He removes the knife and shakes Komala and asks her to tell who stabbed her.. She dies.. Shantha runs out to bring police and police jeep correctly comes.. the inspector comes in and Shantha updates all happenings.. inspector refuses to believe .. picks up the knife in a handkerchief and asks Shantha to come to the station.. Shantha says do you know who I am.. inspector says I know everything.. we got information over phone that you are going to kill Komala.. that is the reason we came here.. Shantha tries to plead.. but in vain.. he is forcibly dragged to the jeep..

Karuna and Vivek come to Ashok's home to apologize for Uma's rude behavior to her MIL and request them to tack back the divorce notice sent.. Ashok's mom (AM) as usual taunts Uma and bad mouths them.. She updates them that Ashok will be soon out on bail and she will get him married to a nice girl.. Karuna and Vivek are shocked.. Ashok comes with the lawyer.. Lawyer says he will bring Ashok out within 2 hearings.. Ashok pays lawyer a fees of 10000r as advance and lawyer leaves.. Karuna and Vivek apologize to Ashok and plead him to take back the divorce notice.. Ashok is not bothered.. Karuna says we are ready to pay the money.. please accept her back.. Ashok gets a call and is informed that he is being suspended from job for1month.. Ashok comes back.. talks goody and tells he has not grudge on Uma.. he sent the notice since Uma ill treated his mom.. Karuna is happy.. he says he will give the 3 lakhs money to Ashok by that evening.. Ashok says I will come and bring Uma back .. and asks if money will reach him that evening.. Karuna promises to give the money by that day evening and leaves.. AM asks Ashok why this change.. Ashok says I am jobless for 1 month.. need money to spend .. that is the reason.. mommy appreciates son for his brilliant master plan..
