Pulao- The rice is cooked in the aromatic spice and meat water or for vegetarians the vegetable broth and spice water..

Biryani- The rice is cooked separately and the meat with onions,yoghurt, and spices is cooked spearately, and then layered and left on the stove on very light flame and the steam of the meat and spices flavors the rice..

In general pulao can be a mixture of rice with any thing to your liking like peas, chick peas, potatoes, paneer, cilantro, cauliflower, meat, checken or shrimps. Biryani is fancy with saffron.😊

Yes akka they know and mum will tell to close my lappy and sleep but i wont do sometimes i will sleep without doing shutdown and wake up in middle and then do it..😆😆
