H A P P Y N E W Y E A R to all of you!
Hope you all had a good celebration!
Well after a tedious schedule, finally we got the much needed break ⭐️!
I LOVED the mini break with family and friends who had come down from other parts of Canada/ US. We had a lot of fun but then again, a lack of break for over 2 months nailed me down and bed ridden! But All is Well now! Slowly getting back on track and with the latest game by us the Crazy Creatives; can't complain at the moment 😆😆😆.
So as you can see, we are revamping our Section with lots of new things 😎
and new people 👏. So let us all welcome our new members to the forum ⭐️👏👏👏.
So for a very long time, I had been wanting to establish and broaden our SS Team, where by each (interested) member would be allocated a particular forum related task that they are responsible for.
Please NOTE: this does NOT include the development team responsibilites, nor moral policing 😳!
You may wonder what the responsibilities are?
Well, there are plenty ⭐️! Yes, we have come up with all possible responsibilties
that would need a helping hand, since it was only a few of us taking care of it before. But if we were to alll work together as a team with a division of labour, in no time would our section flourish even better!
So here is a list of all the important responsiblities associated with
our Sensational South Forum!

Help Desk/ Introduction Thread/ PM Service Team Receive new member(s); answer any members questions on teh help desk, as well as PM all active members with the latest happening(s)/ important links. Members should have good interpersonal skills and should be active.
Birthday Team Help make birthday threads for members of SS forum as well as the south indian celebrities. We are looking for creative members who are capable of making signatures/ VM/ glitter graphics, etc.
SOTW/DOTW Team This is the team that will be responsible conducting the Discussion fo the week and send reminder PMs to members who sign up for the star of the week, a week prior to their post is due. We are looking for members who can encourage healthy weekly discussions.
This is the team that will be responsible conducting weekly games and monthly contests for the forum. Each week a new game is to be opened;
Cinema Article Posting Team This team will be responsible for posting latest articles from other Cine Portals that have not been posted by others here and also keep an archive of everything that gets posted in the year 2012. The team will help me keep track of topics so we do not have double posts of the same news.
Regional chat Thread Monitors I'm in need of active members who can monitor each week's thread on a regular basis and ensure that everyone gets a chance to open the thread; This team will be responsible for approaching members to open the weekly thread.
Celebrity Profiles Comment/ Activities This team will work actively the GOTW/ Forum Contest Team to come up with activities to encourage members to post on the celebrity profiles.
FF/OS Team This team will conduct various activities to encourage members to write one shot (short stories) and/ or FFs related to South Indian Cinema or anything related to SS members.
Newsletter Team One of our latest ventures.. the news letter team! We are looking for members who can help come up with fun-filled content for the biweekly news letter for our SS forum. The newsletter will feature vairous news articiles written by our SS members and also various news from cine field and expose our SS members creativity.
Archives We are in need of responsible and active members who can help maintain archives of various activites.
Movie/ Music Trailer- Video Post Team A team of members who collaborate to post the latest trailers and music videos!
