Venky to play Vivekananda
Venky's long-cherished dream is finally coming true. Venkatesh has wanted to play spiritual guru Swami Vivekananda for a long time now. The actor has officially confirmed that Mani Shankar will be wielding the megaphone for this film. "We are giving finishing touches to the script, I am pleased to be working with director Mani Shankar," says Venkatesh. The film is likely to hit the floors in the second half of next year. Venkatesh has been closely involved in the scripting stages of the film as well. "It is a film that is very close to my heart and am happy that it will be taking off finally," adds Venky. Looks like it will be a packed year ahead for Venky who celebrates his birthday today.
