Very uncomfortable! Sitting for some time makes the feet to swell and the heavy weight on the foot is becoming so uncomfortable...Heard Banff is gorgeous! glad u liked the pictures...makes me feel so proud to post these picturesque photos...It's an irony that the untoched beauty is getting marred by the concrete jungles springing up everywhere...

At least in Canada the Government and the environmentalists are keen in maintaining the beauty of t he environment!

BTW thanks for the prayers sent my way...Supervisor came home and saw my condition...that's how I got out of that situation...I was in a bad state yesterday because had to go up and down the stairs..end of the day was bone tired...I was touched by sup's concern and love...Instead of sitting on the sofa she sat on the stair to talk to me...gave a bracelet as a birthday gift😃

Kerala is not an industrial state so u still have lots of green vegetation..but the massive building industry is eating away at the greenery!

Yeah one of my friends said the same... :(... but regardlesss.. I shall visit Kerala in future... I've seen in movies and have heard lots from parents who visit Sabarimalai daa..

Blessed to have awesome friends...I think u get to know who're your true friends during problamatic times...Super too had issues with her foot,,torn ligaments and broken ankle...

🤗U too are a lovable person!Have u watched Melaparambil aane veedu,,,,,it's a good one...Half the dialogues are in Tamil...Shobna is the actress ...she hails from TN in this movie...if u want a good laugh watch it!😃
