1. What's your favorite movie of all time and why?
All realistic movies are my all time favorites.
2. What was the best movie you saw this last year and why?
Deivathirumagal, and Engeyum Epothum; they had a very good story line and most importantly, a very good message!
3. Who's your favorite director and why?
I don't particularly have any favorite director, as I wish to follow any good cinema.
4. Do you like black and white movies? Why or why not?
I do, it allows me to realize how far we have come, technology wise 😆.
5. Do you read movie reviews? If so, which reviewers do you enjoy? If not, why?
I barely read movie reviews, as I want to watch the movies without knowing anything about the story 🤣. In other words, I do not want to have any expectation.
6. The scariest movie you've ever seen? Do you like horror movies? Why or why not?
I know what you did last summer, which I watched like many years ago, and that happens to be my last horror movie in English as it freaked me so much 🤣. Then I watched "Kanchana, Munni Part 2", Tamil movie, and I sure had some wacko dreams 🤣, so I guess no more horror movies for me.
7. Who's your favorite actor and why/
I don't' particularly have any favorite actor, since all are awesome in their own ways, now I have had some crushes per say 🤣, but that is totally based on their looks naa, and not acting.
8. Do you cry at movies? If so, which movies make you cry?
Almost all realistic movies have made me cry, because they remind me of the harsh reality!
9. What's the funniest movie you've ever seen?
There are many 🤣.. I've always loved My big fat Greek wedding, and then Boss Engira Baskaran 🤣.
10. Would you rather see a movie at the theater or at home on DVD? Why?
It really depends on if they show any Tamil movies at the theatre here or not. Whenever they show any movies, we make it a point to go watch it. As for other movies, when time permits, and if all friends and friends are here, and there is a good movie we can watch together, then we will head over to the theatre.
11. What's your favorite tv show of all time and why?
The office 🤣 🤣 I just loveee the show as it is a laughing riot for me! Now TVD is a different story :(
12. How many hours a week do you spend watching tv?
Barely any.. mostly news 🤣; Sadly am a workaholic. I opt to watch movies during late evenings while workings 😆. I often buy DVD collection of my favorite shows.. I've got all the seasons for the Office except, Season 7. and soon i plan to buy the entire first two seasons of Rookie Blues 😎
13. What's your favorite tv station and why?
I follow anything and everything, if the particular show interests me.
14. What was your favorite tv show when you were growing up?
Ok I have to answer this 🤣. I loved watching the magic school bus 🤣 ( a scientific cartoon show 🤣), then there was Barney 🤣. And 4 – 5 more, which I can't think of the names, but one was about the baby bear, and momma and pappa bear, then there was this Twin banana cartoon 🤣. Of course this is on top of many other well known shows 🤣
15. Who's your favorite actor on television and why?
The Boss 🤣 Steve Carrell and John Krasinski. Then there is Ian, and Paul, and of course Nina.
16. Would you rather watch a sitcom, a reality show, a police drama, a legal drama, or a medical drama? Or something else? Why?
A sitcom, any day any time 🤣
17. Has a television show ever moved you to tears? If yes, which one and when?

Yes, once a day. But I read Google news atleast thrice a day 😆

Yes, Four times! During peace protests, I was interviewed twice *doh*, and then for a School Event when I was the Chair of Student Council, and lastly when I was in grade 7 for a Halloween Show.
20. If you were a character on a tv show, which one would you be?
Steve Carell's character on Office! Just awesome 🤣
21. Has reading a book ever changed your life? Which one and why, if yes?
There was this one book, which I sadly forgot the name! It was about the holocaust, and it was written by one of the survivors. It was too painful, and that one line, still rings in my ears "an empty hole was left behind"! It goes to show how we are all gifted to have a peaceful life!
22. Do you prefer to read fiction or nonfiction? Explain your choice.
I would go with non-Fiction since we learn a lot of things, especially historical events.
23. f you could be a character in any novel you've ever read, who would you be and why?
None, as I wouldn't be able to picture myself in such situations :(
24. Has reading a book ever made you cry? Which one and why?
Yes, it was a book I read in Grade 8 that made me cry, as it was about a young woman who met an accident and got a hunch back :(.
25. How many books do you read each year?
Honestly speaking, ever since I entered university in 2003, I have not gotten the chance to sit and read any books properly. And last 4 years of my life have been all about research 😆, so am stuck with thesis books 🤣. So I would say about 5 – 6 thesis books 🤣.
26. Have you ever written (or started to write) a book?
This is one of my ambitions! I do have a theme in mind that I wish to pen down in the next five years. for now am waiting for my best friend's fiance's book to be published, since I was one of the lucky ones to read it first and edit 🤣

The tale of a Damsel in Distress 🤣
29. If you could pick a book you've read to make into a movie, which one would you choose?
Definitely the holocaust book with that particular author's story (though I forget the name of the story :(!
