What will be Dhruv's reaction if he comes to know about Simi's feeling towards RB?

Would he be in support of Simi and NA to get RB( mama boy might do this) or

Would he support RB to get Preeto

I think Dhruv charater has been ruined as well. He was so sweet and caring and now showing signs that he is typical mummy's boy. i think he will support his mum and sister. But you cannot force some one to love you. Rajpreet got Dhrishu together so he and Ishu should really be getting Rajpreet together.

don't know what he wold say ? but one thing he should do for sure is that he should give her tight Slap so that she stops having feeling towards any man before getting married.LoL

I think he will support RB and Preeto and if he doesn't do this then he has hidden NA genes as well

My guess Dhruv will support RB and Preeto unless NA brain washes and this Mommy boy listens to her which I hate
