Pavitra in Preeto
Good news for the fans of Pavitra Punia aka Geet from Luv U Zindagi. The actress is now all set to enter in Imagine's Sware Sabke Sapne – Preeto as Simran.
We spoke Pavitra about her character and why she chose the role…
Excited about the role, she says, "I am playing an Air Force pilot in the show who returns from US to attend her brother Dhruv's wedding. I meet Rajbeer and we kick off immediately. Soon, we become really close friends which results in a love triangle between Preeto, him and me. But things aren't going to be so easy for her as Rajbeer already has a girlfriend. In the future, you will discover how she struggles with her feelings for him and if their romance continues."
But the meaty role wasn't the only reason she chose the show. She explains, "I accepted the role for two reasons. First, it's a very positive role. Second, it reminds me of Rani Mukherji and Kajol from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. The character is a mix of both. And since, I am a huge fan of the film, I thought it would be really interesting to do it."
Pavitra who appeared in Star Plus' Luv U Zindagi and reality show Jee Le Zindagi, is looking forward to a fruitful experience on Imagine's hit show Preeto.
