Rajbeer contemplates calling Preeto while Preeto enjoys icecream with her family. Her phone rings and she rushes up, thinking it might be the person she's stitching clothes for. It turns out to be Rajbeer and he asks her why she's out of breath. Preeto tells her that her phone was up and she had come rushing to look for it. She asks about Dhruv's parents mentioning anything about Ishmeet and Rajbeer says they didn't say anything to him. Preeto talks about how in her neighborhood every one comes to know. She chatters on and Rajbeer just listens, a smile developing on his face as he doesn't need to talk. Minutes later Preeto is still talking and realizes that Rajbeer had called her first and asks him why he called.
Rajbeer forgetting why he called asks and says that he was thinking that since he will be leaving for duty soon, then adds Dhruv making it sound like Dhruv is eager to see Ishu since they are leaving soon. Preeto tells them that they can come for dinner since Jogi and Jassi are already coming and Rajbeer can tag along with Dhruv. Rajbeer says he will come, again adding Dhruv's name as an afterthought. Preeto and Rajbeer get off the phone and Preeto remembers her iceream and rushes down.
Dhruv talks to his parents who are really happy with his choice and tell him that they really liked Ishu. Dhruv is happy as he was worried. Neelam tells her son that she is happy with his choice. Rai agrees with his wife. Neelam asks about Rajbeer and Dhruv says that Rajbeer is the early to bed, early to rise kind of person.
Next morning Bani and Kanwal head to Gurdwara, and Kanwal tells some of her friends there about Ishu and Dhruv. They ask about Gagan working as a doorman at a hotel. Bani upset excuses herself and says she's heading home. Kanwal explains to the rest that she has faith in her husband and he did the right thing as they had to meet their expenses. The ladies tell her that everything will be well and Kanwal asks for their continued support, as always and prays that her daughters get settled in life.
At home Meeta is busy cooking and Ishu is busy cleaning up. Rajbeer and Dhruv come ealry to help, but Meeta tells Dhruv she knows the real reason he's early. Rajbeer tells her that Dhruv dragged him here, even though Rajbeer doesn't look much like he was dragged but rather he came rather eagerly as his eyes search for Preeto while Dhruv's search for Ishu.
Ishu runs into Dhruv and she embarrassed at her state goes to change. Rajbeer spots Preeto working on her machine and stares at her and smiles. Meeta asks him who is he looking at smiling. Rajbeer says no one and changes the topic. Preeto sees him and walks up to him and tells him that he rarely smiles and asks him if he needs a doctor. Rajbeer is confused as he is distracted and the other three laugh. Preeto excuses herself to go back to work and Meeta says she has to get back to the kitchen. Rajbeer follows Preeto as he watches her work, then tells her he has something to tell her.
Preeto asks Rajbeer what he wants to talk about and snaps her fingers in front of Rajbeer because he seems to be lost in his own thoughts. Rajbeer wonders what to talk to Preeto about then picks up one of the clothes she's working on and asks her how long it takes her to sew a set usually. Preeto inquires if he wants one too and Rajbeer asks her how much she charges. He makes idle conversation and tells her he needs one for a friend. Preeto says if it is for a friend she'll make him a nice one.
Rajbeer thanks her then clarifies when Preeto thinks he's thanking her for stitching the suit. He tells her about her advice, and Preeto excited asks if it worked. Rajbeer nods and Preeto tells him that soon he will be able to move on and find a new girl in his life, someone new to love. Rajbeer nods and smiles. Meeta comes and suggests going to a horror film after dinner and Preeto says no. Rajbeer is amused to find out that Preeto is afraid of the dark and horror films. Preeto denies it but her shaking voice says otherwise. She tells Meeta to get back to work. Rajbeer is amused and leaves Preeto to do her work, and sees Sonu sitting and struggling with a Physics problem.
He helps her out and Sonu is impressed. They both talk about studying and Rajbeer tells her in his youth he used to study hard too. They talk occasionally smiling at each other, as Preeto watches from far taken in by Rajbeer, wondering if all that she thought about Rajbeer was wrong because he seems to be a really nice guy.
