I think today Uttara or Naksha will somehow fool Veer into thinking one of them is Damu and she did give the payal to Savitri.
Veer will feel bad for not trusting Savitri and so will she. She will be hurt and decide not to go visit Veer again and he will start to miss her and think what is happening to him.
