Chalo manthe hai ke RK does not have a kingdom yet and Damu wants to marry a person for their honest heart...at the moment, RK is honest..he has not done anything yet which would considerably make him a Rahukaal...hes just acquiring shakti's by penance as of now..So in a sense, he is honest also...😉, doing penance is not an easy task...
