All those late nights finally caught up with me and I just couldn't keep my eyes open past 8pm. Just woke up to check on what all mischief you all were brewing.

@A - 2 years of pure chocolate diet - well wouldn't blame you if you went off chocolates after that.

As for casting me - my fav Greek character has been Medea.

She gets married to this guy Jason after killing her brother who opposed her marriage and sought to kill both her husband and her.
Once they reach a place of sanctuary, Jason dumps her and her two sons in order to get married to the princess of that land.
She sends a wedding gown and tiara to the bride as a gift through her two sons. The gown and the tiara have already been bewitched by her and the bride dies soon as she wears them.
Jason seeks revenge and comes to kill Medea only to find the bodies of his sons. Medea has fled the city, leaving a message for him that after everything she did for him he cheated her so she destroyed his current and future seed, His punishment is to die without anyone to take his name and if he ever seeks to marry again, she'll come and kill that girl too.
Medea finds refuge in Athens after marrying the king of that city and has a son by him.

@all - please i agree with Genie, no more talks about food - any kind of food.

@Z PR forum is down in the dumps - we can invade CPatrol forum after this forum gets closed down. Its reality based and all of us like it i think.

Hope everyone slept on time - haha.

p..s. all the books i marked on my wishlist, i miss them :( Looking forward to getting my hands on one of them. Been trying to read a TP book - Irving Wallace and i am stuck on page 50. i dont want to move any further but i hate leaving a story unread.

Has anybody heard of an author called Rahul Sankrityayan? He has written a book called Volga Se Ganga tak - tracing the journey of the Aryan race to the present day Indians. The title and the description sounds interesting and am sorely tempted to carry it along for my holiday reading.

Also looking for some good modern day writers in Hindi - any suggestions? I could share the books with my mother if they are in Hindi.

Though never been one for Hindi literature, but someone did highly recommend me to check out Amar Goswami's work, especially Apni Apni Duniya , unfortunately havnt read the book, so cannot give a personal opinion.

btw I kept on googling Medina after you mentioned her!😆

Medea - isn't she so fascinating? I've always loved her. Just what a woman ought to be imo :)

Just checked Flipkart and ebay.in - book's not even listed there.
