Vibha accuses Arushi of messing around with the kumkum due to which she has got rashes. Vihaan seems confused and hence, Vibha challenges Arushi to touch the kumkum herself. Meanwhile, Jhanvi sees Girish holding a cigarette.
Vibha tells Arushi to put the kumkum on her forehead. Daadi tells Arushi not to do such thing but she doesn't listen and applies kumkum on her head. Vibha is stunned as Arushi doesn't react to the allergy and walks away.
Arushi thanks Pushpa, the maid for changing the vessel at the last moment since she knew that Vibha was up to some trick.
Kasturi is mad at Girish as he was smoking and is about to inform Arushi but Girish begs her not to do so.
Vibha whines about the leg infection and Vihaan says they should call the doctor. Mini Maa and Dai Maa arrive with medicine and tell Vihaan to stay out for a while. Both the women forcefully apply medicine' on Vibha's feet despite her protests.
Arushi feels the baby moving inside her and informs Harpreet and Daadi. Vihaan also joins them and Arushi loses her balance. However, Vihaan holds her just on time and both share a moment. Vihaan, who has rested his hand on Arushi's belly feels the baby's movements and immediately leaves the place. Arushi tells them that Vihaan's child will bring back his memories.
PRECAP: In the morning, Vibha tells Vihaan that she won't be able to go the hospital. Vihaan goes inside for the test but leaves his cellphone on the desk. Vibha calls up Vihaan and Arushi answers the phone. She tells him not to go for the checkup but Arushi says it's too late now.
