I totally am loving Bua Maa right now.. She is the perfect example of how to manage an office.. Her new rules, eventhough strict are correct.. Only then will the business and company's position improve.. She may be strict but she has the best interests inside 😳

Ya I agree but don't you think she is being tooo strict? :O I mean she is behaving like a school teacher :/ neelima also handled the business for 18 long years bt not in this way & d company never faced downfall as such :|

Well to be honest I didn't her manner at all :/ I've known such people and they are nightmares in the office 😆 Since this is a TV show, they might show that her rules are a big success and they make Vatsala a global brand or something... but in real life, talking to employees in that style and laying down such suffocating rules is a sure-shot way of making people look for jobs in other places :| 😆

@Ranjudi exactly! I mean yeh kya prolonged working hours,6 days a week,salary deduction :O the employees would rather feel suffocated toh! Punctuality tak theek tha bt rest are all terrifying!!! :O

Being a strict is good bt itna bhi nahi chahiye...she should understand employees may have some problem and more on that deduction in salary huh...ranju di is right in reality ppl cant handle a person ...hope aarushi will pass this test.

All of you knows how much I love Priyanka, i am doing priyanka priyanka from the day one of SS,

But honestly her rules are TOO Much, and that is exactly what my Priyanka is She Is Too Much lol
