Today's Prosecution's case

A man comes to u(the lawyer) for justice for his own daughter Nandini who got arrested in a murder case of her friend Akshay. Akshay married Nandini's best friend Kajal, but Nandini loved Akshay. But not anymore after the marriage. In the marriage of Akshay she saw a other man Salman who looked very matured and handsome, who proposed her and they talked also about their own marriage.

And after a week they didn't saw each other. They didn't meet. Nandini tried to find Salman but she couldn't find.

After that nandini was found in the car. In the car there was the corpse of Akshay. Police arrested her for the murder of Akshay. This story is told by the father of Nandini

So what u hve 2 do is prove Nandini innocent.

And u hve 2 prove salman the murderer, because this case is told by your client Nandini and her father , so the story or the truth which is told by your clients is that salman got proposed a rich girl and after that he stealed the money and murdered akshay because he knew about Salman and was going to way to the police but salman murdered him. Salman is also in the court presented.

Today's defence's case

Salman comes for his justice, because he is being blamed for a murder who he not did.

Salman said to the lawyer that Nandini hired him and said we have to make akshay jealous then he will come to me , so then he is mine!! Salman can do anything for money, so he was ready to do it because it was easy. So he tried to make Akshay jealous, but he wasn't.then he leaved the job and Nandini gave money and said he has 2 go out of town. What the lawyer of this case have to do is : Prove the story of Nandini fake and the story of Salman true.

SO THE MURDERER IS NANDINI OR SALMAN.

To proceed the case we will have 2 persons/advocates/if member on our forum.

ok I got the defence!!!! Game starts on Wedensday coz Aji PM'd me and said that enrolmesnt has to be done she will be gone till tuesday!

well i cant be much active till 6th September, but will come on n off, but as u said that lawyers should be more active i cant till wednesday 😳
