For me they look at negatives. When Shruti means Roli said how we can look like this, there is something. Her parents look to each other, then postman give to him something n he haved devil smile, did u notice all ??

Yes I have the same feeling and they look fishy to me.. And did u notice that shruti called her Rathi Ji at first.

i think shruti father is a doctor who gave sm wrong medicines 2 roli 2 forget her memory nd hez the one who shifted roli nd kept sara in that place

tht can be any medicine which is finished it got frm medical shop for shruthi . it can any kind of medicine to lose memory
