Part 7

Siddhant was sitting in the office.

His eyes were gazing at the photo kept in his table with his love.

His heart was crying for her.

He took the photo in his hands.

He fold his pinky finger and kept near his love 'Roli' in the photo.

Tears started scrolling down his cheeks.

Siddhant: Roli, I love you. I love you so much..

He felt like Roli in the photo is smiling looking at him.

Siddhant: Roli you have been the reason of my smiles while now you have become the reason for my tears too..

He was unable to control himself.

He took the photo near his heart and hug tightly.

He closed his eyes to feel the closeness of Roli in his heart.

The words was occupying his thoughts slowly.

'Jeeyenge to Saath Saath aur Marenge to Saath Saath'

Siddhant: Wada kiya tha naa Roli Pecha nahi chodungi... Tho Wada kyo thoda...

His love towards her was taking back Siddhant to those golden days...

Roli was in his arms clasping her hands around his neck..

ROSID were smiling looking at each other..

Siddhant: Roli why you took the shot of gun on you? The man was trying to shoot me only right.

Roli: Siddhantji what are you talking? What you thought i will let you to die taking the gun shot?

Siddhant: Then how you thought i will let you to die..

Roli: yes. I know you wont let & that is why i took the gun shot.

Siddhant: What do you mean?

Roli smiled.

Roli: I mean, i have more faith on you than me.

Siddhant smiled..

They gently kept the forehead together and closed their eyes.

Roli: Siddhantji What you thought i will leave you soon and go? Ye mere Wada hai... Aapke pecha nahi chodungi..

Siddhant: pecha kyo chodna hai Roli... Jeyenge to Saath Saath Marenge to Saath Saath...

Roli lift her face and looked at Siddhant..

Roli: Haa..Jeyenge to Saath Saath Marenge to Saath Saath...

ROSID hold the pinky finger together and smiled...

ROSID hug each other tightly..

Siddhant opened his eyes hearing someone calling him..

'Siddhant... Siddhant...'

He found Prem standing in front of him..

Prem: Siddhant are you ok?

Siddhant nod his head as OK

Prem: Siddhant how long you will be like this..

Siddhant: Till i find my love back in my life..

Prem; I do understand you are in pain.. But you need to console yourself and accept the truth..

Siddhant: Which truth Prem?

Prem: Siddhant the truth that Roli is not with us..

Siddhant gave a weird smile..

Siddhant: Prem, i Agree. I agree Roli is not living with us. But i am sure she is somewhere.. She is waiting for me..

Prem: Siddhant, i didn't mean to hurt you. But understand it went 5 years now even nothing any news about her. Then how you are being sure about it..

Siddhant: I know Prem as my Roli promised me.. Yes she promised me..Jeyenge to Saath Saath Marenge to Saath Saath...

Prem: Siddhant, These words are all ok which any couple will share mutually.. But practical life is different from mere words..

Siddhant: Prem for you that may look like mere words.. But for me it is our promise.. I am sure if something happened to her then the next moment i too might have...

Prem: Siddhant...

Siddhant: Yes Prem. I am telling the truth.. My heart still says it is beating for her..

Siddhant looked at the photo and smiled...

Siddhant looked at Prem.

Siddhant: Prem, anyway tell me for what you have come to meet me..

Prem: Siddhant did you heard about RSB Confectionery

Siddhant: Yes. I heard of it and seems to be fast growing company recently established in India..

Prem: yes it. The head quaters is somewhere in UK or US and recently started in branch in India... But in very short period of time it is spreading its wings in all major cities..

Siddhant: hmm. Though new it seems to be our competitor now..

Prem: Yes. That is why thought of discussing with you on this.

Siddhant: Prem, i do agree they are becoming competitor.. But we are going to continue with our clients and business. Being established company for years we got our own clients who are supporting us on regular basis.. Then why we need to worry.

Prem: Siddhant, i do agree but did you saw the sales report for past few months.. It doesn't show our statement as true..

Siddhant: What do you mean?

Prem: yes Siddhant.. We can see a downfall in sales...

Siddhant: Oh show me the reports.. Lets analyse it..

Prem gave the reports he bring to show to Siddhant..

Both discussed on the reports for sometime..

Siddhant: Prem you are right.. It shows a downfall and it is since the new company started in India..

Prem: Yes Siddhant.. That is what my worry is. And day by day the customers seems to get reduced and we should not end up with loss and feel later..

Siddhant: I do agree. Sorry Prem.. I didn't noticed all these in my own personal grief..

Prem: Its ok Siddhant. NO need to tell sorry between us. I dont understand your pain..

Siddhant: Ok now we need to come out with some plan..

Prem: Yes Siddhant.. I know you can make out some plan for sure...

Siddhant: Ok Prem. Just give me some time. I will let you know

Prem: Sure Siddhant take your own time and come up with some good solution..

Siddhant nod his head as acceptance..

Prem went from there with a smile..

Siddhant smiled and looked back at the photo...

Siddhant: Roli, I know you are somewhere.. just waiting for me..

He took the photo in his hands and moved towards face..

He kissed on her photo..

Siddhant: ROli i love you.. I love you so much...

He smiled.

Siddhant: ROli, how long you are going to keep me waiting like this.. Please come back soon.. Or let me know where you are.. You Siddhant is just body without soul when he lives without Roli..

Siddhant eyes were giving longing look at Roli...

Siddhant got up from the seat and went near the window..

He removed the quote and kept it aside.

He removed the top buttons in the shirt...

He looked out ...

Siddhant: Roli you love to see me casually like this right.. Than with a coat and suit..

Siddhant smiled..

'Siddhantji wont you feel uncomfortable with all these coat and other stuffs..

He remembered ROli's words.. and those words took him back to that day...

Siddhant was getting ready to office wearing coat and was combing his hair standing in front of the mirror.

Roli went near him and stood in front of him..

Roli: 'Siddhantji wont you feel uncomfortable with all these coat and other stuffs..

Siddhant: What can be done ROli? We have got meeting and i need to be in such formals..

Roli: Very funny! Who made rule you need to wear this coat for attending the meeting...

Siddhant: No one made Roli.. But that is what followed by all.

Roli: Siddhantji one needs to have knowledge of subject for the meeting and not the coat...

Siddhant smiled and wrapped his hands around her..

Siddhant: You are right my darling! But what to do? If i go in casual not sure how the customer feel like..

Roli: Siddhantji all these stuffs dont bring any success to anyone.. Only your lateral thinking will bring..

Siddhant: Lateral thinking!!!

Roli: Yes Siddhantji.. Lateral thinking!!! It makes wonders and helps someone to win in life..

Siddhant: Roli we do business with what we have learn all these days in the family business. We dont apply any lateral thinking in the business..

Roli: That is what need to be changed.. How long you will run th show with just doing the same what you have been doing all these days.. You need to do something different to achieve new heights..

Siddhant: Roli you are talking as if you are master in doing business..

Roli: Why not? May be not today! But i am sure i will make it success one or other day when i get a chance..

Siddhant: Hmm.. All the best to get such chance... Now darling dear! I am getting later for the meeting.. Shall i make a move..

Roli: Sure my sweetheart.. But not with this coat and like how i said..

Roli removed the coat and also the top buttons of the shirt..

Siddhant: Roli what are you doing?

Roli: Siddhantji you look nice if you are casual like this. I love to see you like this..

Siddhant: Roli, but i am not going out for a picnic with you to be like how you like darling.. I am going for official meeting and i need to be format. Give me that..

He took back the coat and put it back..

He also put the buttons till collar..

Roli: Hmm.. You are boring to look like this Siddhantji...

Roli kept her face like upset and tried to move from there...

Siddhant hold her hands and pulled her closer...

Siddhant: ROli, let me come back home.. I will dress up as you like and go out together for dinner. Are you ok now?

Roli smiled...

Siddhant: Thats like a good girl with a smile...

ROSID smiled looking at each other...

Siddhant returned back to conscious hearing a horn sound of some bus which was going in the road..

Siddhant: Roli, I miss you.. I miss you a lot...

Siddhant looked at the sky and send his call to his love through the wind...
