Mataji [to Simar ]: Simar beta..Today i met Sankalp's client at temple.. she is an orphan .. I don't understand why she is going for divorce..

Simar : Mataji .. i think she is fed up with her married life and her husband ...

(Sankalp and Prem came to downstairs and sat beside Mataji .. At the same time Siddanth too came to living room from outside )

Prem: Simar ..Tomorrow it is not only our wedding anniversary,it is Siddhanth's birthday too ...

(Siddhanth rooted on the spot hearing Prem and Sankalp noticed Siddhanth )

Sankalp: Prem bhaiyya..shall i tell u one thing.. as of now if Siddhanth bhaiyya have got married then surely his life partner would wish him first and of course every girl will have a wish to celebrate her husband's birthday...Even men too feel the same of celebrating their wife's birthday..i feel that for a newly married couple this is one good opportunity to spend time with each other..am i correct simar bhabi?...i want siddhanth bhaiyya to meet his life partner tomorrow..

Simar : haan.. U r absolutely correct ... (Simar saw Siddhanth)arre.. Siddhanth ji ...when did u come?have u listened our conversation? are u going to meet your life partner tomorrow? ( Siddhanth looked at her while thinking about Roli )

Siddhanth : Yes... ( he realized what he said ) Simar please stop it... I have works to do (he went to his room )

Simar : what happened to him ... ?

Sankalp: Bhabi.. you will get to know what happened to him ... now plan something for tomorrow..

( They talked for a while .. At Siddhanth's room , he is twisting and turning on his bed ... His mind is on Sankalp's words ... he sat on his bed looked at clock ,it's 11.30pm )

Siddhanth: 30 minutes more

(he grabbed his car keys and went from there)

At Rosid apartment:

Roli decorated her room with fairy lights, she looked at clock it going to tick 12 ... she picked one gulab jamoon and waiting for the clock to tick 12 ... She heard a sound of door and saw someone opening it .

Roli[in mind] : who is that ? ... may be thief .. hey Matarani..please help me ..

(she heard sound of foot steps and someone coming to her room, she laid on bed & closed her eyes tightly ) should I call Siddhanth ji ?... (but she was scared to move an inch ...she felt someone coming to her.. .)

It was Siddhanth , he looked at her. he went near her and he tried to remove her hair strands which is on her face..

Roli felt the thief is trying to touch her... she moved further . She was about to fell down while Siddhanth held her by holding her tightly...

Roli opened her eyes and saw Siddhanth at the same time her alarm started ringing ...

Siddhanth : Happy Birthday Roli ...(she looked at him surprisingly ) are you ok ?

Roli :Yes iam ok ..

(she is still in his hands . she looked at him . Siddhanth pulled her and rolled , she landed on his chest .. she felt butterflies on her stomach ..She tried to get up but his grip on her was tight ) won't you thank me?

(She stared at his eyes .. both shared an eye lock)

Roli : Thank you so much and... Happy Birthday to you too Siddhanth ji

(Siddhanth was surprised..he placed her on bed and got up)

Roli too got up from the bed

Both of them maintained silence for sometime

Siddhanth: Actually I came here to wish you..but ...

Roli:but...

Siddhanth:How did u know it is my birthday today?

Roli: Like the same way ,how u got know it is my birthday today ..

Siddhanth: ok

both of them smiled..

She went to kitchen and brought a bowl with her..

Roli: iam sorry Siddhanth ji ..Actually i made Gulab jamoon... but... i already ate all jamoons ..only one jamoon is left.. i ate half of it too..

(she tried to move but Siddhanth garbbed it from her hand)

Siddhanth : i don't have any formalities to eat the jamoon which u tasted .. (he took and ate it) so you like fairy lights.. .. you have nicely decorated our room ... (he said it to ease her .. she is just staring at him without knowing what happened to him )

Roli : do you need coffee?

Siddhanth : coffee? that too now? anyway...I am going now .. (he said it with little sadness )

Roli : it's very late .. please stay here tonight .. (Siddhanth felt nice for her care )

Siddhanth : no Roli .. I have many works ... when you are going for the party ? do you know where it is ?

Roli : it is in the evening , I know the venue

Siddhanth: ok ... goodnight

(he went from there leaving a sad Roli ... )

Roli : for the first time someone wished me heartfully, I am sorry if I hurt you

(she closed the door and went to her room )

Siddhanth was walking to his room ,

Sankalp watched him and went to him .

Siddhanth looked at him with disbelief ... he thought why he is awake till now ...

Siddhanth: What are you doing here at midnight?

Sankalp : exactly bhaiyya I also want to ask the same ... tell me where were you till now? u know we all came to your room to wish you..but the door was closed and we knocked it several times but got no response...everyone thought u slept and went to their rooms..but you are coming from outside..where u went?

Siddhanth : it's not your court ... so stop questioning me .. I want to sleep ..

(Sankalp smiled at him )

Sankalp :happy birthday bhaiyya..

Siddhanth: Thank you and good night

(he went to his room with an irritated face )

Sankalp: you cannot hide it from me for more time ... I started my first case and it will be a blast for you ...

Sankalp went to his room and slept
