Avika's most cherished gift is a teddy bear that she got from her parents three years ago on Valentine's Day.
Not many know that Avika started learning western dance at the age of 4. She is trained in Salsa, Tango and Retro styles of dance. "I always pursued western dance forms and didn't think about classical dance as I found it very boring. But my next target is to pursue Kathak or Bharatnatyam because it teaches lots of detailing. As an actor, I should know all this," she explains.
Despite getting good work, Avika gives equal attention to her studies. "Study is my need so I have to do it. Acting is my hobby so I won't let my studies suffer for it. I do finish my studies on time," she says.
But does she miss doing other activities that kids of her age do? No, she does not miss any activities. "Like a normal person of my age, I go to college, attend classes, chill with my friends, go shopping. I don't think I'm missing any fun," Avika explains.
She started her career as the child bride of Balika Vadhu and now she is seen playing Roli in Sasural Simar Ka. Avika Gor is living an extraordinary life. At the age of 16, she has to her name two popular shows and two Telegu, one Hindi and one Kannada film. "I feel lucky and blessed to get what all I have got at my age. I am getting to play various shades in my career which is like a challenge and I am enjoying doing it," She tells you.
