Whats wrong with Sid sleeping with Naina

Guys,I dont see why there is so much of a problem with Sid cohabitating with Naina? Think of it from his point of view, He couldnt spend time with Roli, because all of them sleep in one room. :D (no pun intended on sleep here :) ). He is divorced with Roli, he is smitten by Naina's beauty,

I am not advocating sex between Sid and Naina, nor it is my endeavour to simply spam the forum with "stupid" posts. I am only saying that two adults having sex isnt a crime, but at the same point getting drunk and getting on to bed is show of no control. I am not so dumb that I dont realize between getting drunk and consented sex. I read on the post called "LOVE,SEX and DHOKA" where people were happily going WAY ahead and predicting Naina getting pregnant-now that for me is bullshit.
