Why do the women in the Bharadwaj family dress up so chatak matak. I am originally from Delhi as well and can assure you all that women in Delhi even in old Delhi dont wear such glitzy chaand sitara type sarees unless its an occasion.

normally people is not wearing that type of cloths but in serial in any serial u can see all the ladies are full type ready even sleep with the makeup only and with theheavy sarees so in serail its normal.

Why just the kapde ! Look at their jewellery too !

And Mataji is always dressed in a beautiful kantha sari every other day but still cannot afford even one cook so that if a bahu has to take the day off for fever or something - her dear sons and grandsons don't hv to leave hungry !

How do the bahus do so much work without anyone to even clean n chop the veggies ? And that too with wrists full of 6 inches worth of bangles 😉

Our Roli will look good in anything so it doesnt matter what outfit she is wearing. This was a general post so why are you making it Roli vs Simar?

Yeah i too was wondering the same. Btw someone plz tell mata ji that her pearl necklace doesnt look royal at all. I havent seen Roli wearing lot of jewelleries or make up like others in the show.

Hey upra ur right, even i am from delhi though i stay in mumbai but my relatives are all in delhi and i never ever have seen anyone dress up so grandly in the house. its a different issue if u have attend a wedding or a function then u dress up but how do they actually manage to dress up so grandly and do all the household work. But as we say in serials anything is possible and they actually dress up like barbie dolls.
