On the 1 hand he seems to be in love with Roli and seems to care very deeply for her & then they show him hestitating to just hug her that too not a romantic hug but a comfort hug. Why is this? yes upara sid likes roli from starting remember taht scene when he went to drop roli and cheryy to collage that time roli said ki loge mujhai peri padai aur intelligence ke vazah se jane ...then sid was impresed with roli and when mataji said she likes roli for him he felt very happy toh agar sid ka koi purana affair hota toh woh aise react nahi kerta.kal toh bechara ghabra gaya tha😲 jor ka jhatka tha sid ke liye jab hosh aaya then he hug her.
